Worst subway ever. My husband is deaf and they refused to wait on us because I could not wear a mask so my husband could read my lips. I explained that he is deaf and the employees mask covered his lips so my husband couldn’t read his lips. He still refused to wait on us. We left and went to Mr. Goodcents where they let me drop my mask and communicate with my husband. Way better subs anyways and much better an nicer employees. No more subways for me and our friends. And I filed a complaint with the attorney general. Hopefully they will be punished for refusing service to a deaf person.

Came here because the Subway (an actual clean facility with great workers) at 43rd ave and bell is currently closed for renovations. Omg....walking in, it smelled so bad. And the ingredients looked old and the glass cover over veggies was extremely dirty. The girl with purple hair had no hat on or hair net so I kept thinking while waiting in line was finding her hair in my sandwich. I looked at my daughter and said can we please not eat here? And thankfully, she felt the same as me. Spent our money at chick fil a, lol.

I'm really upset, just ordered 2 sandwhiches from here. The sandwhiches were competely wrong and ive never had COLD chicken and bacon. The sandwhiches completely fell apart when i opened them. Im having to eat it like a salad. This is ridiculous.

The bread was dried out. The two guys made the worst sandwiches ever. Only one in line and they rushed light the place was closing at 6:30pm. Terrible serve. Don’t recommend this subway.

Worse Subway ever!! The bread was very thin. The guy was adding Tuna on my sub as if 98.9% of the tuna in the world was going extinct! Then it was passed on to the next employee who added a half of pound of mayo on my sub. The lettuce was turning color as well. They don’t serve Iced Tea and the sub tasted awful! Not what I was expecting coming from this highly populated area with a movie theatre.
I got a wrap and the amount off at on it was way less than you would get on a 6 in sub and the wrap was stale

Went today to order a 6inch veggie delite and then he charges me for a 12 inch.. and luckily i had taken receipt today..else i would not even have noticed as the service guy didn't even bothered to mention that he kept a wrong bill...when i went and asked to correct the refund to my card...he did something and said something that he can not post to my card and finally gave me a dollar and bunch of coins... Really a bad experience atleast you don't know how to correct a mistake too... It's not only sad for keeping a wrong bill ..but its sad to know that you can't even do a proper correction or refund...

One of my best experiences at Subway was that the store. The clerk was very careful to craft a beautiful clean sandwich that was delicious. Usually expect the usual sloppiness but I was happily disappointed at this location. I think her name was Elizabeth, definitely gets 5 stars!
