Probability should have read other reviews.Take out order from app and bread was rock solid. Furthermore the 1/2 of neat boss was skimpy for even a regular sub. Just a super mediocre meal. Amazing they charge $17 for this sandwich off promo.

Ordered a footlong online and returned to work to find the bread was almost impossible to eat. It was so hard. I sent email to customer service to be told they have sent to store to address. No offer of replacement or free sandwich. Poor service all around!! Don’t let me get in the way of your profits to get a free replacement.

Every bad review that you read about this subway is true. Upper management needs to have a conversation with the store manager to educate him on how to speak to customers when they have a complaint. Being combative with your customers will surely keep bad reviews coming. It's not that serious take care of your customers and treat them kindly will get excellent reviews. My issue was unfortunate but it's okay I'll never go into this subway again however I will contact the health department. To add insult to injury the manager insinuated that my issue may have been due to my age and tried to clean it up by saying he's 31 and can't eat certain foods anymore WTH. If corporate doesn't have a conversation with this manager they may have a law suit filed against them in the future as this type of distminaton is very serious.

Unlike everyone else here who is complaining about the employees, I’d like to focus on why there is only ONE worker almost everyday. Poor guy. I am sure he doesn’t get paid past a certain amount of hours so some of his work is free.

They need to hire more people or come down and help out. I’d be a bit frustrated too, trying to accommodate everyone in store, online orders, keeping food on the line, keeping the store clean and still trying to be calm. It’s difficult. So everyone complaining about the workers, please stop.

SUBWAY needs to do better and take better care of their employees. My food was great but because of the lack of support from “corporate” I am giving one star. If this were for the employee working today, I’d give him twenty.

1. Asked if we want to buy 8 cookies for 2 dollars said if not hes throwing them away. We said no thank you .he then stated hes a good salesman..and that he can sell just about anything. (Like we as customers want to hear a sales pitch)
3. Lettuce looked extremely nasty. I asked for fresh so he brought some that looked the same.
4 He ran out of dressing so he threw the empty one the floor as it rolled to the back ( Quality health issue)
5 his attitude was unacceptable to say the least.. we of course will NEVER be back. So CORPORATE. ...I'm just one person listing this review...you are loosing customers! Please do a check on how they really are when no one is looking.

Just shut this store down. It smells horrendous. Worker put too much lettuce on my meatball sub when I asked for a little. When asked to take some off, he put the lettuce now covered in red sauce back in the lettuce container. ?

Out of half the meats for my sandwich no soup, soda machine not working try to up sell bottled soda, no basket for dine in napkins behind counter just cheaply run obviously a owner is running it as cheaply as possible never go to a Subway im north Scottsdale again the only other time in a location about a mile away was the same

It's subway usually the exact same every subway I go. Never disappointed. They can use a little more meat but if u want u can just add double meat for a reasonable charge.

Walked in the door for lunch just now and found 4-5 people in front of me. The gentleman behind the counter rudely yells to everyone…”you’ve got at least a 20 minute wait ahead of you.” Everyone starts to leave and he loudly follows up “that’s how we do that.” I’ve never left a poor review prior to this but regardless of reasoning, it is unacceptable to clear an entire restaurant and then be rude about it as folks are already leaving.
