Right now I'm here ordering. The problem is the young man who is serving very unpleasant. And despot, I asked for the bathroom and he said you can't use it until you pay for your order... In no Subway establishment had they done that... in most of them they are attentive and cordial...

I don't recommend this place at all...

Horrible service never going to order for this subway aging evere!!! I wish i can rate it zero stars the employee needs to have better customers service or get fired because cussing at my wife!! Unacceptable this place needs to be shut down because the place is horribly taking care of used to work there and I know how everything is run there and it's gross!!! So I don't recommend this subway to anyone.

Always the worst experience-
Staff is lazy and terrible ...no meatballs we haven't taken them out of freezer. Lol
This used to be a very solid subway, no more..
Jersey Mike's will now be the exclusive spot for subs for this man

Came here Sunday night and pulled in the drive thru. The guy greeted me by rolling his eyes and said how many substances. Then I specially asked for a Philly steak sub toasted and he gave me roast beef cold not toasted. I ordered a BMT as well and asked for it toasted it was not toasted and they both were plain when I asked for mayo and mustard. He looked upset or like he didn't want to be there. I just got off of work to but never take it out on others. It was served by 533 employee. Transaction #2/A-529328. I kept the receipt

Spoke with the manager Chris to receive a refund over the phone. He told me that he could not give me a refund for a $15 purchase. He told me to leave because he is calling the cops. Other customers heard and said wow that is so uncalled for and disturbing. They also apologized and said the action wasn’t called for. As I waited for the cops to arrive the food handlers explain how sorry they were and how bad they felt. Cops never showed so I could report the issue, probably because it’s more of a civil/corporate resolution. No reason to waste there time. It’s honestly sad thats how subway is being managed at this location. Hopefully the subway corporation can provide a more professional resolution…. If you made it this far don’t waste your money here, moral of the story.

Well I got a foot long combo, but the guy behind the counter didn't give me the drink, when I asked for it, he said you to ask for it separately. I guess the new policy is, ordering a combo meal isn't clear enough, you have to ask...!@#@ Seriously!!!

I went through the drive through and even though they weren’t busy they took more than 10 mins just to give me a 6inch sub. I had already paid for my sandwich and they were making other customers sandwiches that came in. Never gave mines priority. SUPER SLOW and UNPROFESSIONAL! Never once did I see them wash their hands. When I finally got my sandwich I asked for a side of jalapeños. & the guy that claimed to be the MANAGER refused to give me any. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Tried to charge me for $1 ice even though I’m a paying customer that bought a bottled drink. Hopefully , next time I get the employee that doesn’t bend over for Subway and I will get ice next time :)
