The girl breanna that works there is always drunk. She smells like whiteclaws. She also looks really messy and dirty. I didn’t want her touching my sandwich even with gloves. She had an attitude which I would too if I worked at subway and spent all my money on white claws and had kids to support but used the money on alcohol instead. She needs to wash her hands and improve her customer service

Keep on driving. Worst drive thru service ever. I came in late at night, but still 1 1/2 hours before close. Not like I was coming in minutes before close. The guy asked how many sandwiches I'd like, I said 3, he rolled his eyes huffed and puffed and frankly acted like I pee'd in his coffee, but he very begrudgingly asked me if I'd like all 3 footlongs.I said no one would be a 6 inch tunamelt on flat bread, he huffed again and told me they were out of flat bread, the only bread available was white and cheese and herb, no problem, I adjusted my order tunamelt order to white and finished the sandwhich order.Onto the 2nd Sandwich I asked for a Club sandwich to be told with another huff they have no roast beef, okay changed my second item to an American to fit the lack of supplies, and he asks me what I want on the last 6 inch.I told him the Tunamelt was the 6 inch, he starts throwing his arms up like I messed everything up and he'd have to start all over, and after him rolling his eyes at every response up to that point, and his general huff and puff attitude like I was a huge pain in his rear by simply existing at his drive thru window, I'd had enough.I LEFT WITHOUT FOOD. I stopped ordering and told him it was fine, and he could go back to whatever he was doing that I interrupted. In my opinin he was clearly too inconvenienced by my order to be trusted to fulfill it.Worst service ever. Worst attitude in fast food service that I can recall, and that is saying alot. I've worked fast food. My old managers would have fired this guy day one. I was understanding, and not being aggressive or mean, I kept smiling until the end. I can adjust to limited options, but don't give me attitude when you offer them; like I'm supposed to know you are out of almost everything just because it's late. I have no idea you can not anticipate your food rushes properly, that isn't a thing at normal Subways in my experience. Just drive down the road to the next one, and save yourself the hassle and eyerolling.

This place has terrible service, the manager should know that at 11:00 pm they are closing today I was there exactly at 11:10 and they did not want to serve me and treated me very badly from the inside

I’ve been here twice and each time the person making my food is strung out on hard drugs. The ingredients looked like they were fossilized into the containers. She asked me what cheese I wanted 2 dozen times, gradually getting louder until I felt like I was screaming at her. She ran around talking to herself. I should have just walked out. When I opened my sandwiches up at home it was a mess, went right into the garbage. Never ever again.

Really nice and quick staff. Be aware the drive thru can take a bit during lunch and dinner as they also have indoor dining which more customers are prone to use. Food was solid too.

First time this location. When i arrived, Brianna was working on a family with 9 subs....she held her cool thru it all. There was also a person in front of me, several online orders and several people after. She was the only one working. Definitely deserves a raise after all that. Or a few days pd vacation, job well done!!!

Awful experience at this location. I placed a mobile order, and arrived and they told me I was at the wrong one since they never got an order. No worries, I wanted to cancel and they told me I could not.The order was for the location, and I even called the location and it rang their phone (which they ignored). Definitely not coming to this location ever again.

I pulled up to the drive-thru sat there for 20 minutes and nobody answered me I drove around to the window and then the employee told me oh The voice machine is having problems they should have had a note written on the menu display saying it was out of order. Instead of having me sit there for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to answer me. Plus the sandwich was dry I didn't complain I was like forget it and drove home the best thing I had was the root beer. Other than that the service was horrible and the food tasted old.

My family usually sticks to meatball subs when we are filling for spaghetti than you use bread for garlic bread and the meatballs for spaghetti add in. Don’t get bread toasted get home take meatballs off and toast the bread in oven with garlic and onion powder the left on marinara sauce adds the rest of the flavors deliciousVegetarian options: You have to look and choose lots of veggie options

The first time I came here they took an absurd amount of time to get to me when there were only two people in front of me and no one at the drive-thru. The second time I came was a Sunday around 6ish pm, and just as I walked up to their entrance, an employee opened the door and told me the restaurant was closed. I checked their hours and it said that they don't close until midnight. I don't think I'll be returning to this Subway.
