STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!

This Subway location has taken things to a new level of pathetic. The employees are so desperate for tips that they have a credit card machine hooked up with a 10-foot cord so they can shove it out the drive-thru window, hoping customers will add a tip for simply handing over a sandwich.
I’ve never seen a fast-food chain in the U.S. stoop to begging for tips. The whole point of fast food is convenience and affordability — yet here, they’ve managed to turn a mediocre sandwich into a $10 six-inch sub and then pressure you to tack on another 25% as a tip.
The management and ownership should be ashamed for allowing this. It cheapens the experience, devalues the brand, and takes advantage of customers. I can’t imagine Subway corporate would approve of this kind of tactic.
Bottom line: stay away from this place. It’s ridiculous.

I called Saturday night to check if my order was ready,She just kept saying ‘I’m here by myself, I’m here by myself’ over and over. And I’m like, okay, I get it but how long is it gonna take? She never answered that. The whole time, that’s all she kept saying. Honestly, people like that shouldn’t be working in a restaurant

These are my girls. The customer service here is insanely good. Whoever is training the staff needs a raise because they are ALWAYS kind and polite. I literally go here just because they’re always nice to me at the drive thru lol

It was the worst experience after not being at a subway for a while the bread yes toasted turned into bricks like toasted stale bread very hard to eat. I purchased 60 plus and got nothing but bricks horrible.

Went thru the drive thru to get 3 sandwiches. A tosted blt, a hot Italian sandwich, and a small kids turkey sandwich the bread for the blt wasn't toasted it was stale and crumbling apart. The kids sandwich had 2 small pieces of turkey and no cheese like I had asked for 8 dollars. And the Italian sandwich was stale as well. After driving back and asking to be refunded or have new sandwiches made the girls working said there was nothing they could do because they are minors and there was no manager around. And instead of just making new sandwiches they called the cops on me. They gave me 3 terrible sandwiches for 30 dollars and couldn't handle a normal complaint. They took my receipt and wouldn't give it back after they threw the food away. So I left with no sandwiches or a refund. This subway is absolute trash from the quality of the food to the quality of the workers working there. This happened at 6:50pm on 6/6/25. Both girls should be fired for not knowing how to deal with a customer with a complaint. Compleatly unprofessional and I'm actually appalled that they would leave 2 minors un attended to run a store by themselves. Shame on management for that.

I got a 6 inch special the sign said 6.49. However I was charged 9.29 for a six inch meatball with two ✌️ balls no sauce and a dried out piece of bread. Not happy.

Came in with my family from out of town last Saturday. The gal behind the counter said she was short handed that day please be patient. She took our orders promptly and professionally. Food was fresh. Sandwiches were great tasting! Sorry I didn't remember her name but she knew what she was doing. We had a great experience at this Subway! It's nice to run into people that actually care. Six out of five stars for this Subway and the lone star that managed it! Thanks very much.
