This Subway location has taken things to a new level of pathetic. The employees are so desperate for tips that they have a credit card machine hooked up with a 10-foot cord so they can shove it out the drive-thru window, hoping customers will add a tip for simply handing over a sandwich. I’ve never seen a fast-food chain in the U.S. stoop to begging for tips. The whole point of fast food is convenience and affordability — yet here, they’ve managed to turn a mediocre sandwich into a $10 six-inch sub and then pressure you to tack on another 25% as a tip. The management and ownership should be ashamed for allowing this. It cheapens the experience, devalues the brand, and takes advantage of customers. I can’t imagine Subway corporate would approve of this kind of tactic. Bottom line: stay away from this place. It’s ridiculous.

I called Saturday night to check if my order was ready,She just kept saying ‘I’m here by myself, I’m here by myself’ over and over. And I’m like, okay, I get it but how long is it gonna take? She never answered that. The whole time, that’s all she kept saying. Honestly, people like that shouldn’t be working in a restaurant
