I show up with an expired coupon (by 4 days, but whatever) so she charges me standard price. I get my receipt back and I get charged 13.00 a piece for sandwiches advertised for about 8.00. I ask why this is and she just says "I don't know but that's not right".
I say I want a refund, and what do you know? There's no manager to issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!
False advertisement at its best!!!!

i’m giving 5 stars off of the customer service alone, the lady working drive thru 11/20/2024 around 7:30 pm. i believe she had glasses, was remarkably nice and welcoming. i could tell she was taken back by my southern hospitality and wasn’t used to such kindness on the west coast. but this lady here was truly so sweet. i hope her managers (if she isn’t one) recognize her for the week. she’s doing great.

Destiny made my sandwich look soooooo good tonight. I always ask for extra black olives and most of the time people do not put enough and I have to ask for more after already asking for extra, perfect amount from her on everything, every time. Also she recommended the new broc and ched soup, so good

I come to this location frequently since I live very close, all the staff here are very friendly and I have great conversations with them. I notice a lot of the time they are very understaffed and are constantly falling behind on online and drive thru orders, but they still take the time to make my sandwiches correctly. Thank you Ren, Ryan, Aaliyah and Kaprianna for always taking care of me! All of you definitely deserve a raise and hope your manager sees how hard you guys work and value it.

ordered an online order. picked it up at the drive thru, noticed it was prepared incorrectly, so i called the store and asked for a remake. went back to the store and got my order and they gave me a free cookie! and they wrote sorry on the wrapper! im writing this review because they wrote sorry on the wrapper and i thought that was sweet. also staff was nice.

Today I placed an order online as a guest on your website. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, I encountered an issue where the employee was unwilling to give me my meals because my name was not displayed on the order. I presented the order confirmation screen as well as the credit card transaction record to verify the purchase, but despite this, the employee insisted that I provide the name on the order, which I could not do since I did not enter a name when ordering as a guest.
I believe the employee could have cross-checked the order details based on the information and payment proof I provided. The refusal to release my order, even after showing clear evidence of payment, left me frustrated and disappointed.

Customer Service is non-existent at this establishment. Paid for a sub online at their location, and the order was "never received" despite the transaction going through in my bank account.
They made no effort to help me in any way and just stood there looking at me like I was pestering them. Not worth the refund to go in person again, only to be told they can't help. This location is slowly crumbling, and that sucks for actual hardworking AMERICANS who rely on that location for employment.

They close their drive thru regularly. blocking it with cones. I hate getting out of my car in this area, especially late at night. I have stopped coming to this location on my drive home.

Hors were wrong despite being supposedly confirmed by business 1 week ago. This is not a 24 hr location. Don't let the signs outside that are lit up fool you either. We are now going to be late or not have lunch for the day because we expected this to be open based on their posted hours.

Sat in drive thru waiting to order for 33 minutes. When it was my turn to order I was told they are only doing pick up orders in drive thru but I can go in to order. No signs notifying of this were posted. Because I was stuck between other cars I had to wait another 22 minutes to leave. That's 55 minutes in a drive thru that refused to let me order. I got off of work after a 10 hour shift, spent 55 minutes trying to order food and had to leave with no food. If you don't want people to order put up a sign. Tired and hungry. I will never eat Subway again after this appalling experience

They keep the door locked all night ive been here multiple times. I choose to go inside because when I go through the drive thru they rip you off , the door is always locked after 4am 5am ive been able to go inside 5 times but ever since then they keep it locked i see 3 to 4 of them standing inside talking .when you see your sandwich just open it . You have to watch them otherwise you will regret it, ive come to the conclusion they put as little on the subway so they don't have to prep more even when you specifcially say "put extra "
