Never going to subway again, this location or any other. Picked up a couple of meatball subs for my wife and I, and within a couple of hours I had food poisoning. Additionally, the employee I picked up my order from can't hear me clearly say my name and gets it confused for something else, and the homeless guy in the store was disruptive.

Haley refused to give us our order of 4 subs today. She handed us 2 and argued when corrected but only handed a 3rd sub over until she was corrected once again with proof of receipt and had to hand over the 4th sub. It took an hour to get it corrected so cross your fingers we’re not praying to the porcelain god in a few hours!

I had a great experience at this location. Toepher helped my husband and I with a pretty big order- he was patient and courteous even made sure we didn’t leave without the napkins! Subway needs more Toephers! A++

For the second time in a row, I've gone into this place on a lunch break to grab a bite to eat and had a bad experience. I walked into the restaurant and stood in front of the employees. They didn't even acknowledge me. I waited for some time.... I just stared at them for a while. No response.... Apparently working on takeout orders is more important than fulfilling walk in lunch orders. They didn't say hello. Or welcome. Or even one moment let me finish this order up and I will help you. Nothing. I'm starting to wonder if it is just corporate policy to ignore customers and work on to go orders these days. They had 2 employees on shift. It made no sense to have both employees working on to go orders at the same time.
Well, I said nothing in return, walked out and drove 50 yards or so across the street to Jersey Mikes was acknowledged immediately and had my order processed quickly and efficiently. I'll never visit this subway again. Which is too bad because the next closest one is further away than I am willing to drive for lunch and I mostly only eat sandwiches for lunch. Subway potentially handed lots of revenue to their competitor across the street from now on at least from me. Severely disappointed.

i have not been to subway in years literally. and I definitely will be coming back regularly again but to this location specifically. JOE took care of me tonight and he definitely made a the whole experience worth coming back. Also made my night as well. was just very genuine and had outstanding customer service. He definitely went above and beyond. Subway is lucky to have you. definitely giving “fine dining experience” vibes. THANK YOU JOE. look forward to visiting and being taken care of by you again!!

Valerie, the manager, is rude and nasty to people. I asked for a turkey Italiano, which is something I've always ordered from subways no problem. It's a BMT sub the ham for turkey.
She NEVER said anything to me, she told the girl how to make it then had my partner pay 3 extra dollars while I wasn't paying attention.
I simply tried to give her some feedback on that, genuinely, gently coming up to her to ask that she say something to the customer when she plans to add extra charges, but she IMMEDIATELY DEVOLVED into a child. Huffing and puffing, literally spinning around while I am just trying to talk to her. She must have a lot of problems to start attacking people like that for simply suggesting you tell them about extra charges when they're clearly unfamiliar.
We won't be coming back.

I have tried twice over the last year to order from this Subway and both times I walked out. On the first visit, all 3 employees did not know how to make one of their special subs. They said they need to call the manager who was not in the shop. Went there last week and there was only 1 employee who was having a hard time with a customers order. Waited 10 minutes and he was still trying to figure what the customer wanted. There were no other employees working at that time and several customers were waiting to order. Subway corporate needs to set this store straight.

The reason for the 5 star is not because of the food, even though the sandwiches were great, but because we went there two days in a row and the worker there were great. They were very helpful and patient with us as we navigated the menu and coupons.

Better have coupons or a fat wallet. Food is really good and service is too but not worth double what they were before.

The manager Valerie has really bad customer service. There needs to be some kind of training for people to work with the public because it seems like she lack in that department.
