My app order wasn't delivered by doordash and no one at the restaurant will answer the phone. No one to talk to about refunding my money. Im out a large amount of money and no one to contact.

Called them to add extra stuff to my sub since DoorDash didn’t allow me and they added the stuff to my other sub. How do you mess up a 6 in and a foot long? I called them about the mistake and they were being really rude, saying that my friend messed up and that they told them foot long even though I was right next to my friend and he clearly said 6 in. Also no common sense??? Is that illegal here??? My friend said he wanted EXTRA mustard because he couldn’t add more on DoorDash and they put mustard in the sub that says NO MUSTARD. and they did the same with mayo!

Bro the code to the restaurant is crazy so many numbers they expect to remember when they say it so fast if we need to use the restroom. Then we ask her to write it she gave us a slight attitude so code to restroom 260111# Your welcome.

Normally a great experience, but an angry cashier made the this time terrible. The other lady was amazing.
I recently began going to this Subway and I am beyond impressed. The manager Brianna and her team are courteous, the food was made quickly, and an overall excellent dining experience. Highly recommend paying them a visit if you’re hungry for a sandwich made with care.

Val is extremely rude . She rolled her eyes multiple times at me while making my order then got an attitude because she had to call her manager since they were out of something I paid extra for . Waited over 15 minutes for my food and then had to wait 15 more minutes for her to wait for her manager to call back and she never even called back so I left without the item I paid extra for and then by that time my food wasn’t even good anymore . Ridiculous.. I should have just went to another location .
Wouldn’t take my order 10:11pm and manager agreed on not taking my order only online orders.

Went in tonight to order two footlong subs at around 9:45 PM. Far before any closing procedures had even commenced. Regardless of that being the case, we were still met with lots of distaste from both employees working one particularly worse than the other. The women preparing our sandwich's was named if I remember correctly Kassie. She was very rude and looked like she was upset for having to make our sandwich's. She went out of her way to deliberately make our sandwich's not to the best of her ability. Putting minimal effort and food in our sandwich's. Overall just a bad experience would not recommend going here if you are looking for a good sandwich JERSEY MIKES IS BETTER!

Lady behind the counter was extremely slow and continued helping other people who came in after me. I spent almost $20 for a footlong with a drink. I asked if they had iced tea, and the lady seemed annoyed when I asked saying they didn't have any. The money spent was not worth the customer service or food I received. I think I will just avoid this location in the future.
Both of the young ladies working tonight were OUTSTANDING! The service was super fast and incredibly friendly. Amber, who took our order, is such a bright light. She gave us a recommendation of her favorite sub and it was incredible. She hyped us up for our sandwiches and was just overall amazing. I have been a manager for a long time and I would love to have her as an employee. Keep up the great job ladies☺️

Request for bologna only sandwich, paying full price for cold cut combo, was declined with mockery. Employee expressed much annoyance for interrupting whatever was happening in the back. Employee also expressed confusion as to which meat was salami, or bologna, or ham???
Very odd behavior all around and I’m glad I left without ordering food made with hate. Yikes.
