Arrived at Cactus location on Sunday at 8:15. Hours on door stated opening at 8am. Doors were locked. Went somewhere else. Will not try again because cannot depend on hours posted. Lost business.

Subway lacks a customer service number for assistance; instead, they shift responsibility to delivery drivers like Uber or DoorDash. Unfortunately, contacting these drivers leads to a dead end, as they redirect you back to Subway, the main merchant where you placed the order. ***Subway won't honor undelivered orders or issue refunds*** I believe this needs to be investigated with #BBB.

It was very clean and well decorated. The worker was very nice even though I went in close to closing time she did not rush me and was very sweet.
Placed an online order at this location, went to pick it up at 5pm on a Thursday, and they were closed. The open sign was lit, but the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone.

They DO NOT ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS! Tried using one we got in the mail and was told that this Subway doesn't accept Subway coupons!!! Was told the owner is a tightwad. . Never going here again.

Slowest service I've had at subway. Lady wouldn't stop talking to one customer and it took nearly 20 min when I was the only one in line.
