I went here to order 2 sandwiches for me and my girl and the man behind the counter that spoke little English refused to honor my coupon and said he would only make a sandwich that that location chooses to make. He interrupted my girl when she had more questions too.

I didn't get my large cup with my order back on August 15, which is okay because I didn't know I was supposed to get one even though I ordered a meal and a Happy Gilmore 2 cup as well
Today, August 25, I ordered the exact same order, got my large cup this time but my sandwich was not toasted

Arrived at Cactus location on Sunday at 8:15. Hours on door stated opening at 8am. Doors were locked. Went somewhere else. Will not try again because cannot depend on hours posted. Lost business.

Subway lacks a customer service number for assistance; instead, they shift responsibility to delivery drivers like Uber or DoorDash. Unfortunately, contacting these drivers leads to a dead end, as they redirect you back to Subway, the main merchant where you placed the order. ***Subway won't honor undelivered orders or issue refunds*** I believe this needs to be investigated with #BBB.
