They DO NOT ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS! Tried using one we got in the mail and was told that this Subway doesn't accept Subway coupons!!! Was told the owner is a tightwad. . Never going here again.

Ordered thru postmates. Husband called to ask them to add extra onions bc I forgot. Guy says he's making them now. Postmates calls me saying the guy is slammed and said itll be a while and to cancel. Call subway back, he says 20 minutes. Because he has customers in line. Maybe they need more staff? Terrible customer service. Had to cancel my order after an hour wait.

I don't like how when I walk in the door and the cashier sees me there a black man and chooses not to acknowledge me or help and has me standing there because he feels he has sone kind of power.
New building is very clean, the main woman I've seen working here for the past couple years takes her time and does each order diligently. Never had poor service or messed up order like at other locations. The line is always maintained and clean.

I was denied take-away service at 8:37 PM while the store closing hours are 9PM . The outlet was empty , no customers , the employee was free but he was more concerned on closing the facility and clocking out at 9 ( at-least that’s what he told me while arguing ) instead of serving the customer in store hours.

On Saturday, 2023-FEB-25, I walked over 1 mile to purchase a tuna sub and this Subway was CLOSED. I checked Google and it was stated that this Subway closed at 9:00 PM; this subway was closed at 8:41 PM when I arrived. I double-checked and the hours posted on the door stated this Subway closed at 9:00 PM on Saturdays. It is now my stated mission in life to make sure the franchisee has to give up her claim to this and all locations she owns. If you do not want my business, why are you even pretending to be open. BTW, I will contact Subway Corporate and tell them my feelings on this matter.

The interior looks great. Clean and the staff are friendly. Just note this location will NOT accept coupons in person or from the app. Any promotions are NOT honored here. Kind of a drag. But you can do everything else like online ordering.
