Rating 5 stars as a subway experience. One of the better subway experiences I have had. New management has helped.

Told the lady at subway we wanted a footlong steak and cheese on wheat, toasted. She then toasted a sub with no meat on it and said she didn’t hear that we wanted meat. Then proceeded to yell at us as we walked away. Someone please purchase this poor lady a hearing aid.

Like others have said, the bread isn’t edible as it’s hard, stale and flaky. Do they get day-old bread from elsewhere? They certainly don’t seem to be baking it fresh.

The bread aside, the ingredients were pretty good. I enjoyed the tuna, banana peppers, olives and lettuce.

Staff were fine with me. If the bread was fresher, would rate it higher.

Jesse the employee preparing the sandwich was highly rude and unprofessional. Just kept asking “what do you want”He looked at the employee and stated “you need to do this one”When ordering tuna he started gagging as if he was going to throw up on top of my sandwich. I asked him everything okay? He said he could not stand the smell and told the other employee “you handle it” and was gagging on the way to the back room after the employee took over.I just ended up throwing the sandwich away due the way he handled it And gagging on top of it and Al’s the unprofessionalism. I will never come back here again.-100 stars if possible

Absolutely inedible bread. Every time I get a sandwich here . i’m sure they would have more business if they had fresh bread but they never do I’m a local you guys suck obviously they need better management.

Absolutely rude customer service very unprofessional.. an older lady was rude as heck. I asked her is she can spread the Mayo on my sandwich she huffed and puffed saying “we don’t do that” however she did spread the Mayo on one of my other sandwiches.. she then handed me a knife and said I can do it myself ..meanwhile I still wanted items on my sandwich.. never ever again..

After 3 hours on the road with a temperature of 111 degrees, we decided to give our car a rest and stopped at the Subway in the Shell Gas station in Tacna AZ. The food was very good and Carlos, the young man behind the counter offered EXCELLENT customer service. He was very kind and professional. Kudos to him!
