Dingy , Dirty , 1 worker who was very quiet , Food was the worst . Sandwich tasted like sanitizer or cleaner was on something it touched ! Pretzel was stale !!! Even the footlong cookie was burned and hard on the bottom !! Bunch of Homeless panhandling outside !!

My order today was a confusing one. First I started out with one server who was new with Subway. She was obviously very nervous so I told her kindly that I would be patient and not to worry about it. Then another server came up and started grabbing the sandwiches, and since I was the only one that was ordering it became a little confusing. Long story short the order seemed very stressful for the servers. By the third server everything became a fiasco. They seem to have gotten obviously nervous which made the situation worse. So, I thought about it and I realized that these are just three young kids trying to earn a paycheck and I told them not to worry about it and that I would give them a nice review because towards the end they seemed a little bit intimidated by me which by the way was not my intentions to do so. Long story short they were very pleasant towards the end and I can understand how Subway can become a little stressful since there are so many entrees meats, cheeses and veggies to choose from. In the end it was a pleasant experience. ?

Everything was good but the service was bad, my mom decided to order a new sandwich other than her regular order and she asked a question about what else was added to the sandwich, the lady rolled her eyes and looked at the other employer as if we knew what was on the sandwich. It made my mom feel uncomfortable eating in the store and I felt upset about it as well. All we wanted was good service just like other stores we've been to and we would leave on our way.

The teenager girl with the washed out hair color , had the worst attitude was rude for no reason i do not recommend stopping here she needs her attitude checked , wash her mouth with soap , threw my sandwich away i did not want no negative energy entering my body , plus she looks musty clean those glasses

Emma was working alone today and has been awesome. She's doing an awesome job.Her customer service is top-notch and the food is done perfectly.She's very genuine and aware of people's specific taste.And it is always ready to meet that need. This has been one of the best dining experiences we have had in a while and will definitely be coming back again.

Crappy store I swear DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ON THERE ONLINE APP U WILL NEVER GET UR FOOD OR A REFUND NOT TO MENTION I DONT EVEN THINK ANYONE EVEN SHOWED UP AT ALL TO DELIVER IT then it tells u to call the store and they never answer I called 30 times DoorDash can’t help at all

Y’all they have a man in there with hair bulging out of his shirt. Ewww. I’ve been coming here for about four years. The service is never 5 stars but let me tell you when I seen this man walk from the back I walked out. Hair all over his arm and hair peeping through the top of his shirt. There is no way they think this is sanitary at all. Very disgusting and I couldn’t even eat there. Never again. Will be going to a different location from here on out. Even if it further away from my home

This is probably only my 2nd review that isn’t a 5 star. I tried to give the employee the benefit of the doubt. Nobody really wants to work on a Sunday! But every time I had a verbal interaction with her she was short in her response, rude, and appeared irritated when I asked her to elaborate on something on the menu. I would have mentioned her by name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I come to this location often and the service isn’t great, but to appear irritated by a customer is unacceptable. I hope her day turns around.

Ordered online through the app, despite us having an issue with a previous order which was never remedied figured we would give them another shot. On our order confirmation the address was correct. Even the app where you track the driver the food ended up somewhere else and the driver said he'd give us the address to where he left it so we can go get it ourselves. I called doordash and they said Subway put in the wrong address and we couldn't get a redelivery unless subway confirmed it so door dash called them no answer doordash then said id have to contact them to fix this I tried calling like 10 times no answer except for the few times someone picked up didn't say nothing and hung up. Now we don't have our sandwiches or money. Just like last time we weren't even offered a refund for them messing up our order.

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a 12 inch tuna and I got a smear of tuna and a drizzle of mustard and a small sprinkling of onions. If I scrapped all the tuna off I might have one bite! When I called no one answered the phone and I call 10 times.

My first time in since they re-did their decor and menu. The place is spacious and really clean. The food was delicious, and the staff were really nice. It was a really good experience. I don't normally do fast food, but it was worth the visit.
