I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a 12 inch tuna and I got a smear of tuna and a drizzle of mustard and a small sprinkling of onions. If I scrapped all the tuna off I might have one bite! When I called no one answered the phone and I call 10 times.

My first time in since they re-did their decor and menu. The place is spacious and really clean. The food was delicious, and the staff were really nice. It was a really good experience. I don't normally do fast food, but it was worth the visit.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR MY REVIEW I WOULD!So I ordered under my name “Anny” through the app and it said it would be ready at 7:50pm today March 1st, 2024. So I had my mom leave at 7:55pm so she could get there close to 8pm and on the app it said it was ready already. Turns out THEY WEREN’T READY AND THE TWO WORKERS THAT WERE WORKING TODAY HADN’T EVEN STARTED ON MY ORDER BUT HAD MARKED IT ON THE APP TO SAY IT WAS READY! OBVIOUSLY MY MOM WAS FURIOUS TO KNOW THAT THEY HADN’T STARTED ON OUR ORDER SO WE TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT AND THAT’S WHEN THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO START ON MY ORDER! SORRY BUT NO THANK YOU!! WE TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT SINCE I COULDN’T CANCLE THROUGH THE APP I CALLED AND CALLED AND NO ONE PICKED UP. SO I AM HOPING TO GET A FULL REFUND FOR THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Got there at 6pm and service was terrible.One of the employees was in the bathroom getting high and the other was arguing with a customer about being understaffed. Instead of finishing our sandwich she was playing security.When the employee finally decided to come out of the bathroom to help with the line he was terribly slow and was not retaining any information. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had this happen before.I was charged twice !Stop hiring potheads/druggies and start drug testing your crew for a better team.So dissatisfied. Will be going somewhere else.
