I didn’t receive my sandwich

5 stars for Jason! Donna get a new job! She literally left while Jason was taking my order and other people were in line- grabbed her purse and just said, “I’m leaving to the store next door.” Jason might as well work his shift alone.

The service was great here. I don’t remember the gals name, but the receipt says served by 7844. She was absolutely wonderful and she was a great conversationalist. She was so happy and positive it really made my day.

Came to this subway around 6pm the employee Donna was very courteous, helpful and kind! The store was very clean and the ingredients fresh!! I have came to this location during my lunch and the mornings employees 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They should take tips from Donna on how to treat customers and how to make sure the foods fresh!!

I sent my associate to purchase 3 sandwiches, one of which was a BLT that was not supposed to be toasted and to ADD mayo, cucumber and banana peppers. A BLT consists of bacon, lettuce and tomato, correct? What I received was a TOASTED bacon, mayo, cucumber and banana pepper sandwich. No lettuce, no tomato. When my associate said not to toast it, she was told that it HAD to be toasted because of the bacon! No the bacon is precooked and I’ve been getting it cold since the first time I ever ordered it! She also asked why there wasn’t lettuce or tomato on the sandwich, she was told that she has to ASK for that. Now, why would she have to ASK for something that is listed as an ingredient of the actual sandwich, I’ve never had ask for things that are supposed to be included, extra things yes, but the lettuce and tomato for a BLT is a given. The “manager” named “K” said it was his “worker” that made the sandwich but it was actually him that made them. This guy was RUDE and could barely speak English. $14 for a footlong bacon cucumber and banana pepper sandwich is ridiculous!!

Normally, I have a decent experience with this location, but tonight was not the case. I placed an order using the Subway App, and went in to pick up the order when it showed "Ready." My husband and I had to sit and wait more than 20 minutes after arrival because the order hadn't even been started. When I asked why - since the app marked it ready - I got a 'who cares' kind of attitude, and a snotty remark about how the employees don't control the app, and another about how, "we had a lot of people come in." That may well be the case on both counts, but it's no reason to be snotty. My sandwich had barely any meat on it; my husband says his was just ok. The employees tried to give me an incomplete order, and argued with me until I showed my order on my phone screen. The male employee then handed me a newly baked footlong cookie without an outer bag - just the thin paper bag the cookie goes in. If two toasted subs are wrapped individually, and then placed in an outer bag, it would make sense to do that in this case too. It was really hot, and uncomfortable in my hand. No napkins were provided.

It shouldn't be that big of a deal to have one person handling mobile orders, and the other handling in-store customers- or having more than 2 people working at a time. If the app marks things ready when they're not, that's something for the manager or franchise owner to discuss with corporate. That's just common sense.

This wouldn't have been so irritating, if I hadn't already paid a tip based on my past experiences with this location. I usually tip for mobile orders, and extra generously so when I get excellent service and good food. Neither happened tonight.

Just not a good location. They don't accept most subway coupons online or in store and they don't start making your online orders until you arrive. Like, what's the point then?

After placing an order online - I arrived at my estimated time only to be told they hadn’t started on them. The two young men where conversing with what look liked school friends and on the phone while preparing the sandwich. After the two subs were finished after 20 minutes of the initial time, I get home to see that they didn’t include any protein in either sub. All veggies and sauce. Truly hope they hire better staff.

I want everyone to know about MR.JOHN. He was amazing , he kept food covered while on shift if not occupied or filling an order. He sterilized his station prior to prepping, he washed his hands after touching all hard surfaces / appliances , applied gloves before touching any food. He maintained professionalism and was very polite !I have NEVER had this experience at a subway, until NOW.Thank you sooo much John for making this a great experience for me, after a rough day at work! I appreciate your customer service and great energy !!!!!!!

2 stars for customer service, 1 extra because the restaurant was clean. But they ran out of spinach 3 hours before closing! The employee apologized profusely, and I told them not to worry, but management should never have let them be in that situation.
