There weren't any other customers in the store when we got there. However, the male that was working stood between the counter area and the kitchen and did not look at us, acknowledge us, or ask to start our sandwich. After a short amount of time, the girl came out from the back kitchen area and asked what we wanted. While she did help us, she would forget what we just answered to her questions. Neither had a friendly face of any sort. Online orders started coming in, which is when the male started making sandwiches. Another guest came in and waited for a couple of minutes, standing at the counter while they weren't acknowledged. The male was fixing a sandwich and the guest asked if he was making online orders. He either didn't hear or chose to ignore her. I answered her. She was already irritated by not being acknowledged and then chose to leave, clearly irritated. Both employees were pretty slow and appeared to be doing the bare minimum to be a warm body. The food was fine although a lot of the vegetables didn't look as fresh as what we have come to expect. This is a local store to us and we have been here for 13 years and almost always have had good or great service. We will be wary before going to this location again.

Stopped by Subway with my daughter after picking her up from school for an early dinner, and we were so impressed by David! He was working completely on his own and handled everything like a total pro — fast, efficient, and totally in tune with what customers wanted. You could tell right away he’s got amazing common sense and really takes pride in his work.

He even went out of his way to give my daughter and me extra great service, which made our quick stop feel extra special. Subway is lucky to have such a hardworking, intelligent, and thoughtful person like David on their team!

No greeting walking in, guy barely knew any customer service, very unfriendly and also, started to make my sandwich without asking me anything? I still was nice and took the sandwich even tho it wasn’t what I told him to. The girl was nice.

I don’t know the gentleman‘s name, but he seemed to be new. He did a half scoop of tuna for my sandwich (instead of 2 scoops) before the woman who was helping him showed him how to do it properly. My total was $9.11. I gave him $10.11 and he tried to give me $.83 in change! Not sure how that math works, but clearly he did not know what he was doing at all. I will be going to the other location near me versus this one moving forward. Terrible experience.
