I had good experiences here in the past but whatever girl was working today was so rude and nasty. Oofta. I order on the app and no one was in the store. I see my mobile order with my name and go to grab it because im on my lunch break and dont want to spend all day waiting. Finally this dark haired girl comes out yelling at me. I paid for this mediocre sub and no one is here so I’m gonna take what I paid for. Never coming back again and def telling all my coworkers to avoid this location.

I ordered on the website from the subway on 19th Ave and union hills when I went to go pick up my order they were closed when I called the next day and asked about my order the lady who answered said “it didn’t get made” I paid for the sandwich and was told I had to go to the website to cancel my order. I was not able to do this and was never given any resolution to this issue. I will never go again

Customer service is the worst of this place, when I asked a question, I was ignored, and tgen got attitude in return when I asked it again. The bread for the sandwiches was hard as if they had left it out. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she asked if I would like them to remake it. I declined and just asked her to check the rest of it.So somebody else doesn't get a bad sandwich. You could tell it was not busy and the restaurant wasn't clean.
I've been coming to this store for lunch for 22 years and they've been consistently in the good to great range. Always clean. Staff is super friendly in a caring way. I highly recommend it!

I’ve gone to this location twice and the employees are very rude and the sandwiches have hardly anything on them definitely not worth $14 for just the sandwich. And when I asked for more than 4 slices of turkey they said it would be an extra charge.

Didn't let my kid use the restroom and didn't let us eat inside. Told us the couldn't have people inside 30 minutes before they closed. They should have a sign explaining that or should have told us before ordering

If I could give this location no star I would, I ordered here exactly one week ago and NEVER EVEN got my order have been trying to get in contact with someone for a week to get my refund and haven't heard from anyone. They also had a rude little teenage "punk rock" boy working there that had no concept of customer service and I promise you I will either see that kid is fired or subway will never get another penny from me.
