The name itself drew me to try their food truck! All the menu items have a pretty clever name. I tried the Spicy Mario and holy cow it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! i recommend this and now I want to try all everything on their menu.

if i could rate this a zero i would. i hate to be that person and i don't normally leave reviews, but i feel like it's extremely necessary to share this experience i had. i went to the desert farm lights in surprise on December 2nd where they offered super mac bros as a food vendor. my boyfriend and i were really intruiged at first as we had never seen a mac and cheese food truck before so we were excited to try it. the images looked yummy so we had high hopes. we ordered regular mac and cheese and then i ordered the spicy tomato mac. i've never been this dissatisfied with food ever before. it looked completely different. what we received was watery and half-uncooked pasta with little to absolutely no flavoring at all. it wasn't even full pasta noodles, it was tiny little pieces of noodle like they were chopped up or something. it was strange. we tried really hard to eat it and get our money's worth but it was practically inedible and super unsatisfying. the spicy tomato was definitely a little better than the regular mac and cheese but still undercooked and crunchy and was very watery. it was overall really gross :(. not to mention the portions were very small for $13 dishes. if anything i am really shocked they were serving this in general. please be wary. i don't know if it was just the day or event but this was totally unacceptable. what we received was COMPLETELY different from what's advertised and i really don't understand how this could've happened. it still baffles me to think back on it five days later. it was disgusting.

I stopped at the food truck at Desert Lights. The line was short, 1 person working, it took 30+ minutes to get my order of 1 entree!!! The food waste was very bland...HUGE DISAPPOINTMEN!

My company provided an 'Employee Appreciation' event today and had Super Mac Bros catering lunch. The food was AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE Mac and cheese and this was the BOMB. They had a variety of choices which included a gluten free option. They also had FRESH lemonade as a drink option instead of soda. I look forward to having them again in the future. Thank you Super Mac Bros... your food was SUPER!!!

Ok, so this was a big surprise. Super Mac was parked outside my cousin's condo serving a group of people. My best description of the pasta is an elevated mac and cheese. They had a number of pasta that had obvious Italian roots and even some that had southwestern ties.I was halfway through the plate of food before I got that the dishes were named after one of my favorite video games as a kid!!!Great food, I give you guys the high score!!!
