This is a great restaurant! The Crab and cream cheese roll is spectacular. The spicy edamame and the chicken karaage are phenomenal! The restaurant is clean. Service is very good. Love it!
I visited this sushi restaurant last weekend and was immediately impressed by the modern design and cleanliness of the space. The warm and welcoming staff guided me through the menu as I ordered several sushi rolls and pieces of sushi. My next impression was the incredible taste of each item. While I’m not a professional food reviewer, I can confidently say that the sushi was incredibly fresh, and the rolls were absolutely fantastic. The servers were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future!

The salmon and tuna rolls were rancid. I only realized after getting home with my takeout order and had 2 pieces of each before throwing it all out. The number of 5 star reviews for this restaurant is highly suspicious, I cannot be the only one to have experienced their poor quality fish.

Wow! Really good sushi. Very fresh flavor on the fishes and raw ingredients. Pink Lady is the best one, recommended. To much variety of sushis and specialties. Excellent service by the servers.

I’m looking forward to going back. My entire experience was incredible. Tuna avocado roll, seaweed salad, unagi nigiri, and warm matcha. Every item was perfect. My server was very sweet too. Modern, clean atmosphere.

Sushi tasted so fresh and amazing flavor. The fish was delicious!
My office is down the street, I came in for lunch. The food was fine, but my waitress was pretty rude and literally rolled her eyes at one point when I politely waved her down for the check. Certainly was not a great experience. I will stick with Sushi Vibe on Camelback, a much better establishment.

Is it just me, or is the food here fresh AF. I usually come after work, which is late, so I can't really blame them on the minus 1 service after 9pm, but just so all know they are not full staff at that time. I've been to every Japanese or sushi restaurant in a 25 mile radius and their sushi here is ABSOLUTELY UNMATCHED in the area. I was a loyal Vibe and BW customer for years until I found this place. Experience, natural know-how, and freshness matter. This is a MUST Try place!!

We were going to go to sushi on Tatum. but they are closed on Tuesdays so we decided to go to sushi michi they were closer to us and we saw the reviews were amazing. Sometimes you think reviews over inflate how good the food is but wow we were blown away we got three rolls and a bento box plus an appetizer and left spending 50 dollars before tip what a great bang for your buck. Definitely a new favorite and we will be coming back for sure. Service was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Mind you we went after 8pm and the quality was amazing. Amazing job to the chef, and the servers and the owners 10/10

Overall, solid sushi spot. Ordered a to go order for their takoyaki, spicy fresh water eel roll, and sushi combo (spicy tuna roll, accompanied by 6 pieces of nigiri. I was disappointed by the takoyaki as it was missing both aonori (dried powdered seaweed) and katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes). While I do not think the omission of these two toppings "ruin" the takoyaki, I believe that these two toppings enhance the aesthetics and overall taste of takoyaki. So, huge bummer. Especially because the primary reason for me wanting sushi/japanese is because I had a huge urge/craving for takoyaki. Anywho, proceeding to the sushi. Decent, adequately fresh. The nigiri was very on par with my other go to sushi places. I will definitely make it a point to dine in one of these days to get the full experience as I've read from other reviewers that the customer service and warmth of the employees is great. I may even update my review if my dine in experience is positive. I also need to try a few of their specialty rolls, a lot of them sound very tasty (though I wish they would not have so many with cream cheese. Cream cheese just deducts from their authenticity, imo..). Also need to sample their sashimi. Regardless, I am happy they are in the neighborhood.
