I would like to start by saying I have been here multiple times which each visit getting worse every time, and I work at a sushi restaurant. Today was by far the worst visit and I will never be back or recommend this place. I waited for 40 minutes for 2 california rolls and a deep fried roll. You would think that the fried roll would take the longest- wrong I got that after around 25 minutes and walked out after 40 minutes and never received the rest. My table didn't have sushi ramekins and the server only came to take my order. It truly was not that busy and I counted at least 3 other tables that arrived after us eat multiple sushi rolls while we were somehow ignored whilst sitting in the middle of the restaurant. The service and speed has always been iffy and I've always been willing to try again but this is unacceptable.

Ok.... I do love the food here, but everything else is lacking and the staff, including the kitchen staff, are awful but, there are 2 hostesses that are nice.
If you do go, the fried rice is the bomb.

We came here a few months ago and had a pretty bad experience. Our server seemed like he just didn’t care and was moving around like a sloth, taking forever to get to our table. When he finally did, he brought us edamame we didn’t order. We told him it wasn’t ours, and he was like, “Are you sure? I think it’s yours.” We confirmed it wasn’t, and he just shrugged and said, “Well, it’s yours now,” and walked away. After dropping off our food, he completely disappeared, and we had to go up to the counter just to get our check.
We chalked it up to a bad day and decided to give it another shot today. Big mistake. We got seated, and after 10 minutes of no service, I had to go up to the counter. A nice, shy guy said he’d help us, and we gave him our order. But the same server from last time was there and same attitude, zero care. He brought out our sushi, basically dropped it on the table, and when we asked for utensils and soy sauce, he acted like we were asking for the world.
Then it got worse. As he walked away, he hawked up like he was swallowing a booger, super gross. And he kept doing it as he delivered food around the restaurant. He brought my partner’s food, apologized for taking mine to another table, and said they’d remake it. After waiting several minutes, he finally brought it over, mumbled another apology, and walked off.
Long story short, we won’t be coming back, and honestly, we’d suggest others think twice as long as that guy’s still working there.

Love this place. They have great happy hour specials and the sushi is fresh. The only issue is they are very short staffed and inexperienced as well. The last 2 times I attempted to dine in it was a 45 minute wait due to short staffed. I ended up walking out. Kind of disappointing! If your willing to wait it's worth the time.

Ordered food because I was very hungry, they told me it will be a 40 minute wait so after 40 minutes I went to pick it up, the employees were drowning in customers, and there was no hostess at the front so I called, they answered and told me that my food is ready and they will let the host know and hopefully I can get it soon, hopefully!? Will not be returning ha.. I guess it’s also for the basket cause I ordered three sushi rolls and an appetizer and they told me it was gonna be $39, which is way higher than it’s ever been for those items before, they probably saved me a lot of money by having terrible customer service

Service sucks. They always say they can’t take takeout orders because the chefs are behind and they are ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND.. I wonder whyyyy….. this menu is at two other locations that aren’t even under the same owner and are WAY better.. I literally called at 5:40 and they don’t close till 8 on Sundays and they said if I ordered right now, they couldn’t guarantee that my food would be ready before closing. check out sushi vibe where the original ideas came from & you will be confused as to why you’ve been going to this place.

The food was great. However, I will not be coming back. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, and I nearly left after walking in. I decided to look past it and eat there anyway. The sign at the front was covered with dirt and dust. The same goes for the partitions in the front and the small table for employees at the front. This was all from a quick glance waiting to be seated. I tried not to look around any further, but the bathroom was not plesant either. Instead of dining here, I will gladly drive 20 minutes southeast to Sushiholics. They are delicious and clean.

Love this little sushi spot in the neighborhood. They have a great selection of specialty rolls. Im positive everyone can find a roll they would enjoy on there menu. If not you can always as for them to substitute something out for what you like. Everything is Delicious and fresh! Great customer service always. And the weather has just started to become nice enough to enjoy the patio that they have available, very lovely. I enjoy the "Fist lovers roll" with my first love...except I modify it to have spicy tuna inside instead of crab mix! Win win! Try it for urself! Oh and a great appetizer is the shishito peppers (not very spicy) or the edamame with garlic and chili sauce is amazing! This is a must try spot...especially if you live in the area! Don't miss out!
