Do not ever order any type of takeout from this restaurant if you actually want it to be delivered to you in a timely manner. The store staff is extremely rude and went out of their way to get the Uber driver that stayed there to pick up our food after they never prepared it terminated from their job. That Uber driver still was kind enough to deliver it to us even after this company submitted a falsified review on that driver.
A company that could do something like that to somebody that is working to provide for their family has no reason being in business when they turn their backs on the people that help them earn money.

I thought Japanese style places were more gracious and hospitable. The sushi was pretty good. I really liked the Tuna Lover Roll. I'd prefer a paper and pencil or server who takes your order. Our server seemed to think we knew their system, but we'd never been in before, so we were surprised by his condescending attitude when we told him which rolls we'd like to order. But then he reached across the table to retrieve an Expo marker. I guess we were expected to write directly on the menu? Lol We'll go to one of the other neighborhood sushi places next time.

By and large, the food and staff are wonderful here! I've been going as a special treat for a few years! There is one server who doesn't use a notepad though. Every time I've been sat with him, either my or someone in my party's order has been incorrect. Beyond that, everything else is lovely!

If sushi could slap, this place hits like a freight train full of yellowfin. That yellowfin sushi? Unreal. The kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and re-evaluate every sushi place you’ve ever been to. The spicy tuna and spicy crab rolls were flavor grenades, and the Las Vegas roll? It basically walked up and high-fived my taste buds. And the coconut shrimp? Not even joking, might be the best I’ve ever had. I don’t even like coconut that much and I was ready to fight someone over the last piece.
The place itself is clean, the vibe is chill, and the food comes out quick like they knew I was about to get hangry. Staff was great too, knew what they were doing, didn’t hover, didn’t vanish. Solid all around.
Price? That was the real kicker. For what I got, I should’ve been hit with a “we’re gonna need your car keys” kind of bill, but nope, totally reasonable. Walked out full, happy, and not broke. Rare combo these days.
Bottom line? If you’re thinking about trying this place, stop thinking. Go. Eat. Thank me later.
