Very bad service...you order and they tell you 30 minutes...and you wait 1 hour...and they don't give you the complete orders...they are very distracted.for the orders...they don't care about what they do...no I recommend it to you..??

This is honestly a no-brainer, the best place hands down to get the best Mexican sushi ever. The restaurant looks really nice to sit in, unfortunately it's a little small so on the weekends it does get packed and busy. But overall if you can't sit in order the food to go. Because that is the whole reason why this place is packed. The portions are excellent, the service is always excellent as well. I've never had any issues here I've always gotten what I ordered. I will be continuing going to this place to get my sushi, and every now and then I'll step in and eat in.

Very bad service ? the waitresses are very unethical and have no way of providing customer service. I arrived at 10:20 pm and they closed at 11 pm and they did not want to serve me, only for takeout. I have been working in a restaurant for 9 years and until the last minute they don't even attend. They would do the work for free if they are paying them but they already want to go to the restaurant, he said, only to take away from the kitchen. Ordered a delivery and didn't get my wasabi for my sushi. Also ordered another dish which I ended up not being able to eat because it was not good. They need a better source for shrimp. That was the worst tasting shrimp I've ever eaten. I guess being from Alabama I'm used to fresh shrimp.

It you are craving normal Japanese sushi, do not come here. I ordered 2 rolls that I'd normally eat at any sushi place, and what they brought me was not like sushi at all. Like for example I wanted a spicy tuna roll and they brought me some huge boat shaped thing where the sushi was swimming in the middle of some kind of sauce or soup, basically half submerged in whatever this stuff was. I told them I just wanted a spicy tuna roll, not this boat soup thing with sushi bits floating in it. They were a bit upset at me, saying this is what I had ordered, but in my defense, their menu was NOT clear that this was how the dish was. The menu just described sushi, not this thing, not that it had a boatload of sauce and floating bits.

This too me is a hidden gem in phoenix, we had the Yakimoshi (or however you spell it) and this was so packed with flavour. The waiting staff were exceptional and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Can't wait to go back again!
