I called to place a pick up order but had to call them 5 times. They kept hanging up requesting to put up on hold, voice breaks, etc.
once the order was confirmed they hung up abruptly. Very disappointing for a restaurant with amazing food!

Best place to have all indian food. Tried goat doopudupothu biryani its insane loved everybite. And their indo Chinese is must try. I even tried tiffins- mysore bonda & idly too good yaar… overall loved it❣️

I ordered a family pack of paneer biryani. I specifically asked if the biryani was fresh and they confirmed it will be made fresh. I had people coming over for Christmas and just within a few hours it started smelling foul and it turned bad. I had ordered with them before but this time I was very disappointed and was embarrassed in front of my friends. I will not be ordering this again and they should really check their food before handing it over. I would give them a 0 star if I could as I wasted my money and still got embarrassed in front of my friends.

Monday Unlimited Panipuri

I have been ordering from this restaurant from past few months. Honestly I love the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant . The staff are very welcoming . I would say the best Indian restaurant in Phoenix. If you are someone who is Missing indian food and flavours this is your go to place.

Like many South Indian joints, this one is also TONE DEAF when you say MILD. Blows you head off. Pointless spice levels, only suitable to those who have eaten it since they were 3 years old.

This is a serious food safety issue.
I was served very hot samosas packed in a plastic container that had melted from the heat. Unfortunately, I did not notice the melting until after I had already eaten the samosas, which is extremely concerning.

Packing hot food in plastic that cannot withstand high temperatures is dangerous and negligent, as it can contaminate food with melted plastic or harmful chemicals. Customers should not be put at risk like this.

This experience completely broke my trust in the restaurant’s food handling standards. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes their packaging practices immediately.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Sweet Magic Restaurant! I tried the weekend special Raju Gari Goat Pulao, Chicken 65, and a few chaats, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful, well-cooked, and served hot.

The service was excellent—the ladies at the counter were friendly, quick, and attentive, and they also suggested a few dishes that turned out to be great choices. Even though the place was quite busy, it was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

We also tried the Irani chai, and it truly tasted just like back home. Overall, great food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I wonder how come these people sells spoiled food. I having bad diarrhoea and food poisoning since after having food here. Please dont try these food at all. Trust me its genuine review. Im not a competitor or market person. I will definitely sue this hotel for serving spoiled food.
