12 dollars for a small shake that was supposed to be a malt but I couldn’t taste the malt powder. So much milk it was super runny and didn’t even have a texture that could be considered ice cream. Thank goodness my family split one. I can’t imagine having to spend $50+ to take a family of 4 out for ice cream. Crazy.

I preordered an ice cream pie for Thanksgiving. The instructions on the website said that you could pick up the pies in person any time between 12:00pm-10:00pm on 11/24, 11/25, or 11/26. I arrived when the store opened at noon to pick up my order on 11/24, however the pies were not there, as they had not yet been delivered. I had to wait for forty minutes for the delivery. This feels like poor planning. And I honestly felt terrible for the employee working there. I know I wasn’t the only one there to pick up pies. Even though I am sure it was stressful, Eva was amazing! I hope that the decision makers will be able to learn from this so that any preorders like this are a smoother process in the future and don’t set their employees up for potential failure.
