The sweets here have all been moist and delicious. I like how the interior is neat and clean and bright. The staff is always friendly as well. You can order ahead and ask them to prepare your order in advance, which is nice. Double check it when you pick it up, because as with most places, sometimes they make errors.

This location and store is honestly the worst they have 16 year olds just sitting in the back I say at the counter for 5 minutes before someone even noticed I was in the store then they said it would take 15 minutes for 4 cookies. This place is honestly a joke and the service is terrible plus the cookies are ridiculously over priced and they are not good at all!

This place used to be so good when they first opened. Today I went in and was given a snickerdoodle way over done, hard as a rock. I went back in to inform them, and was given the option to swap out. Opted to switch for chocolate chip cookie, which was freshly baked and still warm. Upon getting home, they might as well have given me raw cookie dough. I prefer to support local over Crumbl but I won't be coming back.

Honestly I was so excited to try this place for a long time. I went and got one of their brownies but I’m disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I paid 5+ for one slice of brownie and it literally tastes like a boxed Betty Crocker brownie. The top crust was thick and dried out/hard. I think 5 dollars is expensive for one slice but I’d be willing to pay that if the brownie tasted better than something I could make from a box at home. Probably won’t be returning here.

I went to this location recently just to get some cookies. After I purchased a box of 4, I was charged an additional $1.50 for my purchase. When I asked where it was listed there was an additional charge for anything I was getting, the cashier said she did not know. I asked then to speak to a manager and was given a phone number to contact, which I did. What ensued was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with one of the owners of this business, Chelsea. She claimed several times I was yelling at her and employees, which I wasn't. I will never return to this business ever again. This was all over some $20 cookies and never needed to be this serious.
This place is adorable and will now be the ONLY place I go when I'm craving a cookie or brownie. It's miles above Crumbl or Dirty Dough.

Beyond the BEST cookies out there! The staff is always so wonderful! Unlike some other “cookie” companies, this one actually has quality ingredients and large portions for the price. Other than my homemade cookies, ? these are DANGEROUSLY delicious.
