I come to this swig so often and usually my experience is so so good, but I came tonight and there was a worker named lily and she was so rude to me and my sister! My sister was driving and came from the closest side and the moment she walked up to our window she yelled at her co worker about how people need to go on the other side and was referring to us. She then continued to be rude and was giving us rude looks and was so short! My sister asked if they had anymore sweaters left for bca month and she said “no they sold out yesterday” so rudely like she expected us to know that. Im not one to complain but she made my sister and I feel so terrible which is not what we should experience when we just want to get soda!

Drinks are great but the staff is so slow and don’t even bother downloading the app and doing curbside pickup. So many people got their drinks before we did and we were waiting first.

Love coming to Swig but when I walked up to the window at 5:30pm they said it was closed......even though she opened it to tell me ? Didn't have time to wait in a 45 minute drive through line so went elsewhere.
As I'm writing this I just witnessed 3 other parties go up to the windows and order

Great place for soda love the Texas culture moving to Arizona. I would say they have an extensive menu so check your phone before getting online. Be aware of the cup size, it doubles in price from website and is quite excessive for 32oz of beverage (you don't need that much for the morning). But hey great drinks curious of how much caffeine I drank with their rebble version.

I pull up to swig and it’s super busy so I decide to park and walk up. As I walk up, there are at least 2 different groups of people getting their orders at walk up. After the groups, I’m waiting in the heat for several minutes when a worker tells me that the walk up is closed. I was clearly by myself and they had just served at least 6-8 people. So I go through the line taking about an extra 15 minutes and as I’m leaving the drive thru a man is getting his order at the walk up. So now I’m confused because there’s clearly no consistency and I got different treatment.

Traveling to Phoenix we had to stop here many times as Montana doesn’t have one!! So good, staff were always so friendly, long lines that went by so fast! Will definitely be back when in the area!! Also the pretzels and cheese my fave!!!!

I never leave reviews. However, I work in the building next door and 2 separate occasions I’ve gone to the window to order. Both times, I’ve been told that they’ll be with me soon. Both times there were no cars in the drive through. Both times they let me stand at the window like an idiot for a while while they stood around talking. Both times I’ve left and gone to Starbucks instead. Gave them a second chance, and it was the same experience. Won’t be going there again.
