We were visiting from out of town and unfortunately the workers were not friendly or very helpful. We had to knock on the window twice as we didn’t receive the full order we had placed. Overall not a great experience!

It was fine. They specialize in soda with syrups and creams added to it. If you love sugar, you will probably like this place. It’s probably not healthy to go here more than once per month.

Love swig, been going to the first one that opened up in Saint George Utah so happy they have one in Vegas now
I just left the Swig in Murphy, TX & have a drink all over my floorboard. The lid wasn’t put on all the way. Not only that but I asked the girl who I ordered from questions about the drink I ordered. She didn’t explain it correctly & got a blended drink. When I got to the window & told the girl about the mistake by her co-worker, she acted so put out & annoyed that they didn’t explain it correctly. Horrible customer service.

I went to my first one today. And went to another store left my drink in the car. Hubby and Dog spilled my drink on accident. The people at Swig gave me a free drink. How sweet will forever be a fan.

I come to this swig so often and usually my experience is so so good, but I came tonight and there was a worker named lily and she was so rude to me and my sister! My sister was driving and came from the closest side and the moment she walked up to our window she yelled at her co worker about how people need to go on the other side and was referring to us. She then continued to be rude and was giving us rude looks and was so short! My sister asked if they had anymore sweaters left for bca month and she said “no they sold out yesterday” so rudely like she expected us to know that. Im not one to complain but she made my sister and I feel so terrible which is not what we should experience when we just want to get soda!
