I ordered a Porterhouse steak. It was similar to T Bone steaks at the chain steak houses. Hardly a Porterhouse. There were five in my party and we all ordered an entree which included bread and cowboy beans and salad (online web site touts a salad bar). The bread consisted of five slices of loaf bread. The beans were served in a tea cup size bowl which we had to share five ways. My son-in-law ordered the trout and was served a single fillet. Again, the chains serve more for half the price. This was a unique setting but the food did not add up to the prices paid. I won’t be back!!

Staff greeted us and sat us right away. The tables are picnic benches. Our drinks were delicious and well balanced. The porterhouse steak was juicy, tender and well seasoned. The red skinned mashed potatoes were extremely and overwhelmingly garlicky we had to send them back. The cowboy beans were okay. The bread is a honey wheat bread that isn't toasted and served with cold butter. Each meal came with a nice dinner salad. I ordered the chicken and filet. The chicken was juicy and the filet was not cooked how I ordered, sent it back. But when it came back it was fantastic. Overall a pretty decent meal.
We had not gone here before due to bad reviews however we saw they were under new management so we gave them a try. View was amazing, service with Stephanie was outstanding! I had steak, it was not overcooked. My daughter had the pork chops. WOW the flavor of the pork chops truly outshined my steak. We did not add extras the beans and salad was enough for us. We saved room to try the bread pudding. It was outstanding!! It was so good I feel it would have been better show cased with just whipping cream and a lot of it. The ice cream was amazing on its own. Seriously it was not dry, it was perfect. We listened to live music , which I love. Truly an amazing place and I will return to support this place!! Manager came over to see how things were. Very nice people , very relaxing. Please give them a try

Save your money. The steak was cooked right, but when followed to the table by a big bottle of A1 that should tell you it wasn't seasoned enough. Outback, Longhorn, and Texas Roadhouse have a better steak, side salad, and especially bread. They gave us sliced bread from the grocery store. The service was subpar. The fastest return to my table was the check and I managed to eat 90% of my food before she came to check for refills. The best part of this place was the view, but you can get that at Rustlers Roost. It definitely doesn't live up to the price.

Happened to come across this amazing place by accident. It's true when they say god puts special people and places in your life for a reason. Had a steak dinner with a baked potato, salad, and a vodka mule. DELICIOUS! The evening was made better with very good customer service, a cowboy strummin his gitar and a great view of the city lights. I think I just wrote a country song.

The live music and dim light atmosphere is absolutely phenomenal! All of the waitresses and servers are beyond friendly/caring. I would love it if they had more chicken options as I'm not big on steaks/ribs/etc, but the food is really flavorful.
