3 star only because of poor management .Called because my daughter left her book bag NO ANSWER just straight busy signal every time I called like the phone was kept off the hook on purpose. Horrible idea for business management has to do better.

Portions have been getting worse. Taco that was all shell. And chili cheese burrito with almost NO chili, had more cheese than chili which normally would be hard to do.

I was just here and the doors to the dinning area was locked. A group of young people were in there with employees horsing around. When I went to the drive thru the young male was in a rush to get me out he almost spilled my drink because he was distracted with the others in the store.

I stopped today Saturday at 9 a.m. they were making some drive-thru food I asked him if I can get the code to use the restroom the manager said no not until I buy something I told him I will you guys are making somebody food and I need the restroom he said no so I told him here's $20 can I get the code he said no until I pay for food I can't believe a supervisor or manager whatever title he holds what not give me the code I asked them for their name they said no they're not going to give it to me so the lady in the Drive-Thru started giving me attitude too I will not be going to this talk about ever again I would not recommend this talk about to anybody

Stole my money . I bought 2 9$ boxes and order substitutions for both tacos to be supreme as well as cool ranch . The shells were completely stale tasted disgusting. I tried returning the food and going to anot Location. The lady tried to give me back 19$ and all the food was there. My receipt said 32.22 cents. … then they get mad becaUse I’m mad and hungry and inconvenienced and they decide to call the police instead of giving me the correct amount I paid, back. SMH someone needs to contact me. I want my money back I’ll never go back to this location. Police said I can do civil court but I don’t even wanna have to do all that .

I rather leave no star, dont know wat was wrong with the lady in the drive thru. Didn't get her name. But she was the lady with all the bumps on her face. Anyways, dont ask her about any over charges .that i told her i never have them wen i use the kios inside. For now she asking with an attitude. Tell me the day you was here . Zso i can check because that wasn't supposed to happen. Is wat she said. I think she was just having an attitude. And needed someone to take it out on. Very very unprofessional. She needs to work on her customer skill. 9/2/24 was trying to leave another review, because lady today was having an attitude. Think it was because I asked for a different drink. Because my unsweetened ice tea was tasting kinda old. Then wen I sat down to eat. Mind you, I only got the 5 dollar lux box with the chips instead of the twist lol. Anywho, my nacho dipping sauce was half full. Or is it half empty lol. So I asked if she could fill it. Came back with another cup saying, you can have this one for free too. Very unprofessional and needs to work on attitude. What happened to the customer is always right. As if what I'm asking for is coming out of the pockets. The end

The food was good. The service wasn't even what you call "good." I went through drive threw and placed my order. The girl kept adding items to my order. I kept telling her no. I told her to take the items off. She just responded, "your good" I went to the window and had more items than I ordered. Even the guy there said "well, you already paid for it" I told him I wanted a refund. He said "they don't do that here"

This place is nice. Nice people and all. They made my food right and it was really good. I enjoyed it a lot. This Taco Bell is a lot better than the one on 51st ave and Baseline.

Walk in to order food and eat and was not greet instead was told to use the kiosk to order food. Rude. I would understand if there was line in the lobby, use for faster service. If I could give no stars I would. Taco bell has lost my business and I will recommend my coworkers not to eat there either. We work at a business up the street
