The food was good. The service wasn't even what you call "good." I went through drive threw and placed my order. The girl kept adding items to my order. I kept telling her no. I told her to take the items off. She just responded, "your good" I went to the window and had more items than I ordered. Even the guy there said "well, you already paid for it" I told him I wanted a refund. He said "they don't do that here"

This place is nice. Nice people and all. They made my food right and it was really good. I enjoyed it a lot. This Taco Bell is a lot better than the one on 51st ave and Baseline.

On Saturday at 10:00 a.m. I pulled into the drive through and waited at the speaker with no response. I eventually pulled up to the window, which it was covered by the guarded blinds. I exited the drive-thru I saw several employee vehicles. I parked and walked up to the entrance. There was no sign or any notes stating that the store was closed. At least have the common courtesy to put up a sign at the drive-thru or at the front door.

The gentleman taking my order had the worst attitude EVER!! Kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and ask questions (we never eat T Bell so excuse me for not knowing the menu dude ?) ultimately he rushed me through my order, cut me off and forced me to pull to the window to pay, and I wasn't even done ordering. NGL I was so angry and frustrated at that point that I definitely let them have it. I'm not happy about my reaction to his behavior, and I do apologize for snapping back like that; but have more patience and understanding for customers that aren't familiar with menu changes. You don't know who hasn't visited a t bell in YEARS ??♀️

What a nice store. Great layout. Used a kiosk to order. Cashier helped me order. She also helped two employees, I think get the soda machine going. Don't know if she was the manager. She was pleasant, helpful and had skills. Not a fan of Taco Bell tortillas or most of their food. Food overpriced for the quality.

I always eat the Crunchwrap with ground beef but I decided to swap it for the steak and it was awful which tasted weird, it definitely lacked flavor. Would not recommend.
