We ordered last night and got tacos so thin there was nothing in them, and nachos with crushed crumbs. And a drink that tasted like pedialyte. Yall can’t be playing with peoples money in this economy. What if that was the last of my money to feed my hungry kids… I feel fortunate enough that we didn’t have to go back to the store and complain but got food elsewhere…

Litterally waited 30 minutes after paying to find that my food was given to another person 10 minutes prior. The man then thought I would want to take it. I told them to remake my food since I dont want to eat something someone else has handled ans taken bites from. To which ten minutes later, the guy yells my name angrily to give me my order. Don't come here if you want to eat in. And I haven't even opened my food. Let's see how bad this is.

Waited 20 minutes for my food, the taco shell was disgustingly stale and the beans on the burrito were cold and hard, the lettuce always taste oxidated and chalupa bread old. Eating here is nearly hazardous

Messed up my order, got a 9$ box and they gave me the wrong items, a plain cheese burrito. If you're gonna take 15 minutes to make a single box, drive thru mind you, the least you can do is make sure its the right item.

One of the older elder employees who was preparing my food was eating directly from the station — specifically handling ground beef and eating some while continuing to prepare orders. Some of the food even fell back onto the prep area. Additionally, she did not change her gloves after eating and continued handling food with the same gloves. This behavior is very unsanitary and raises serious food safety concerns.
