This Taco Bell is great. They always get the order right and they let you make substitutions yesterday. I was $.56 short and instead of having to dig around for another card just went ahead and fixed my order so that it would go through OK . That was really awesome. That just goes to show the people that work there are friendly and they care and they Can help somebody out if needed. Ordering online and picking up is the easiest and yet less expensive way to go. I would refer this Taco Bell to anyone anytime.

I love close to here and ordered quite a bit of food. I arrived within ~7 minutes of placing my 17 item order. I always go through the drive thru for purely convenience of getting my items and leaving, i knew I was going to possible have to pull to the front to get my order and that is what happened. I was given an estimated wait time of 5 minutes and less than 4 minutes later our food comes out and every single item PLUS NAPKINS PLUS SAUCE is in there. You don’t see Taco Bell with this kind of service very often, or even any other fast food joint. Love you taco bell and the 5:35 pm wednesday crew members 🫶

No one wants frozen lettuce. They also didn’t have Baja blast or anything other than root beer and Pepsi. They gave me a starry and it was out of syrup as well. This place is run horribly. You don’t deserve $10 a hour let alone $15. Terrible.

I love Taco Bell.... editing my OG comment... honestly every single time I come to this specific Taco Bell I always order either a deluxe box or regular crunchy tacos.... the crunchy tacos are almost always broken shells or shells stuck to wrapper.... go to the UofA (near campus) tacobell amd these two locations are like 0%/100% quality comparison... and honestly... It just irritates the hell out of me. I really like Tacobell... but this location puts out regularly disappointing quality...
I shouldn’t have to show this. This is more common sense and whomever filled these need to be retrained or Tacobell held accountable this is stealing from us. It’s like they made me pay twice for 1 serving! It’s sad that they would do something this silly. Common sense isn’t so common is the old saying. Seems very fitting for this!

I come here often, the food is always really good, and the employees are friendly, but occasionally get my order wrong so I always double check the bag before leaving, and it always takes forever for me to receive my food as well, so I definitely recommend ordering in advance on the mobile app before arriving to skip the wait.
