Well you can't order at the front they tell you to go to self order chaos. Slow, unprofessional, no napkins, no sauce, over priced it would have been faster and cheaper to go to Zipps next door. We will not be back that's for sure.

For the cost of Taco Bell, I could have gone steps away to Zipp's and enjoyed a much better meal. The prices here are way overblown, but, still the same great Taco Bell food.

Cashier watched us walk in, put her order in and went on break instead of helping us. We then waited 30 mins (only 1 other patron in the dining room) for our 2 chalupas and 2 Mexican pizzas. We were going to try and get our money back and were told they were sorry "2 little girls in the drive thru had 4 orders" and backed them up. Meanwhile, the cashier had already received her food and finished it prior to our being informed of their "backup". Mind you, they put in their 4 orders after we put our 1 in. They didn't start making our food until we asked about our order 25 mins after we ordered. Terrible customer service!

I recently visited Taco Bell with high hopes of enjoying a quick and satisfying meal. However, my experience was marred by the insistence on using the kiosk instead of interacting with a human cashier. As someone who values the personal touch of human interaction, this requirement left me feeling disappointed and disconnected from the dining experience.Additionally, the absence of a human touch made me question the level of customer service and attention to detail at this Taco Bell location. Without someone readily available to address any issues or concerns, I felt a sense of isolation as I dined.Overall, while the food at Taco Bell may satisfy my cravings, the lack of human interaction detracts from the overall dining experience. I hope that in the future, Taco Bell will reconsider their reliance on kiosks and prioritize the importance of human connection in providing exceptional customer service.

The food was good, it's Taco Bell.. lol. Orders take a little longer than usual at this location if you are ordering in store, but that's not really a big deal for me, though. The older lady that works up front is always super nice to me. Always appreciate her.

My order is always missing something. The teenage girl at the drive thru doesn’t pay attention or talks too much. I get it, it’s a busy store but come on. They are in a rush or short, I don’t know.My tacos are soggy by the time I get home- 10 minutes from home. The burritos are flat and have not a decent amount of meat or insides.

Well let's just day I stopped by to order the new veggie box then the lady tells me it's only online and i never heard of this and then she then tells me that they are out of refried beans and it's going to take 30 mins. I use to work at taco bell and I remember it taking maybe 15 20 mins at the tops. The lady was super rude and then when I told her not to worry about it. She glared at me rudely as I drove away past her window. Everyone standing around in the business with no customers. Maybe they should of been making refried beans before I even got there. Lol I am leaving this review because of the rude customer service this lady gave me cause she didn't want to work. Plus I had an upset daughter not getting taco bell when she didn't even try to make anything right at all.
