Everytime we come to this restaurant the staff is friendly, the food is hot and fresh and the dining room is always clean and inviting. Haven't had any problems when my family and I come here and we always leave happy. Thank you to the staff here for an awesome experience.

Came to this location tonight 10/26 @ 10:22pm ordered $46.84 worth of food. The person who took my order seemed like he didn't want to be at work. As I was ordering Javier said over his head set "oh my god" while I was adding food to my order the. Rushed me off from the menu screen. Customer service was horrible. You would think you wanted people to order a lot of food to feed their family. This also wasn't anywhere near what I've ordered in the past. I'll no longer be coming to this location due to poor customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous portion sizes! I don't know if this is a corporate wide thing, but when I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito a couple months back I got a burrito. Now I get this thing that is barely larger than a taquito!

Picked up an order for friends from here twice in the last month. Orders were both around $30, and both times they included 2 soft shell tacos. That’s it. That was all that was in the order. This place is a joke, and they pay absolutely 0 attention to what they’re doing. Luckily, the tacos were both soaked through with grease!

Generally a good experience with this location. The one thing I did not like was that there was no one working at the register and they made me order at the kiosk. I'm not really used to ordering like that and I made several mistakes during the process because the touch screen was over sensitive. The food met brand standards. The dining area could have been cleaner. The parking lot was clean, though.

I literally waited an hour for my online order.
I placed a mobile order before heading over. As I was approaching, I got a notification that my food was really. It wasn't. I perceived it to wait inside the mobile pick-up area. After 20 or so minutes, another customer started complaining about his food taking long. The whole time, they were serving the people in the drive thru and ignoring everyone in the dining area. After 40 or so minutes, 3 separate customers (who were there before me) started getting angry about being ignored. A manager came over and apologized for the wait, saying they were short staffed. On gentlemen voiced his opinion on how she should slow down with the drive-thru orders and focus on the dining area. She proceeded to walk away shouting "your not going to come here and tell me how to do my job." I tried getting a refund, but I was told to call corprate . 10 more minutes passed, and the other costumers started receiving their food, but I was getting skipped. At about the hour mark, I left and jumped in the drive-thru line. At the intercom, he said they couldn't find my order and that it was completed. I disagreed and explained how I've been waiting inside and received nothing. I was told to go to the window. When it was my turn, I finally received my food with a "sorry for the inconvenience"
I was happy to get my food. I didn't check the food when i received it, I got to my job, took out my food from the box, and they made it wrong and didn't include any sauces.
Placed my order at 12:03pm to be made asap, and didn't receive it until after 1pm.
All that waiting just for them to make it wrong.
