Generally a good experience with this location. The one thing I did not like was that there was no one working at the register and they made me order at the kiosk. I'm not really used to ordering like that and I made several mistakes during the process because the touch screen was over sensitive. The food met brand standards. The dining area could have been cleaner. The parking lot was clean, though.

I literally waited an hour for my online order.I placed a mobile order before heading over. As I was approaching, I got a notification that my food was really. It wasn't. I perceived it to wait inside the mobile pick-up area. After 20 or so minutes, another customer started complaining about his food taking long. The whole time, they were serving the people in the drive thru and ignoring everyone in the dining area. After 40 or so minutes, 3 separate customers (who were there before me) started getting angry about being ignored. A manager came over and apologized for the wait, saying they were short staffed. On gentlemen voiced his opinion on how she should slow down with the drive-thru orders and focus on the dining area. She proceeded to walk away shouting "your not going to come here and tell me how to do my job." I tried getting a refund, but I was told to call corprate . 10 more minutes passed, and the other costumers started receiving their food, but I was getting skipped. At about the hour mark, I left and jumped in the drive-thru line. At the intercom, he said they couldn't find my order and that it was completed. I disagreed and explained how I've been waiting inside and received nothing. I was told to go to the window. When it was my turn, I finally received my food with a "sorry for the inconvenience"I was happy to get my food. I didn't check the food when i received it, I got to my job, took out my food from the box, and they made it wrong and didn't include any sauces.Placed my order at 12:03pm to be made asap, and didn't receive it until after 1pm.All that waiting just for them to make it wrong.

I used to love going to THIS Taco Bell bc I was guaranteed they would hook me up AND get my order right....... Oohhh was I in for a RUDE AWAKENING!!!.... The picture attached is a remake bc my previous order was cold, should've been thrown in the trash fries, but this remake was WORSE than the previous order!... YES! the fries were fresher, but they charge you 5 dollars for 10 fries (YES I COUNTED) with meat and cheese on them!!.... What makes matters WORSE is they DON'T try to compensate you AT ALL!!.... So I go right back in and order a large fry, JUST for them to give me MORE COLD FIRES!!!... Then wanted me to wait AGAIN for fresh ones!... I'm like........ just give me my money back!.. I'm sooooo freaking OVER them!!.... I've recommend them to anyone that likes Taco Bell, now I regret It!.... I'll NEVER go back!!!!....

Out of the six things I ordered, three were completely cold and unheated. The tortilla shell on the Mexican Pizza was pretty much raw. I only eat here like once a month and now it's not even worth that.

Let me say this. If I could give it a 5 star I would. But the reason I don't is because it is fast food so it just can never be that good. (prove me wrong). All that said I come here once evry few months since they brought back the mexican pizza. Everything that should be cripsy is cripsy and that is asking a lot from Taco Bell. The employees are nice and pleasant to engage with. For the area I would go here before the one just west on 7th and Baseline.
Taco Bell the best game like a Mexican restaurant but they serve tacos me personally I love the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and my recommended go there Taco Bell Taco Bell with extra for those and they always got another drinks Mountain Dew blah blah and they also have quesadillas and all types of burritos and even breakfast burritos and they are very very good they got beans cheese honestly don't leave and even the other ones that are better you would just have to look through them if you're in South Phoenix and you're in the area of either 72 Baseline is one of the corner is also one off of 7th Avenue and Southern and there's another one also on 24th Street and base so I'm looking for a Taco Bell near you result Phoenix there you have it great food at a perfect time if you got the craves for beans and cheese look it up talk about it's a eating fast food restaurant and I recommend you go to work they got some good food there Taco Bell

At 53 years old, I’ve been a Taco Bell guest all of my life until two years ago when I visited a location in Bellflower, California. The service and the food, especially was the worst, went right through me, and I got sick. Vowed never to return to Taco Bell. Fast forward, moved to Arizona and researched local Taco Bell locations with good reviews. Gotta say and thank God this location was excellent. Wasn’t greeted properly, but the other employees and the food was excellent, thank you!

A significantly better experience than 7th St & Baseline. People here are friendly, and it doesn't seem like we're bothering them when we're trying to purchase food. Orders are generally, but not always, correct. We go out of our way to frequent this Taco Bell, despite living across the street from the 7th St & Baseline location.
