Normally I love Taco Bell. Today they gave me an embarrassingly EMPTY Black Bean Crunchwrap. Literally it has lettuce, a couple tomatoes, and I found one or two beans in there. Not worth it at all. Do not go to this location unless you want to be disappointed :(

Went inside to order, one man giving an order, me next in line. When his order was complete, he and the woman taking the order had a 10-15 minute chat about personal stuff. I tried to get her attention (to take my order) but to no avail. She remained locked in her personal conversation (and relationship) with this man, and refused to take my order. At the point this approached nearly 15 minutes, I went up to the counter, leaned over and loudly asked “can anyone here please take my order, this young lady is having a personal conversation here”. To which the young lady said to me “well, you can put your order in through the kiosk”. To which I did every thing I could to NOT go ballistic in the Taco Bell. What is going on here. Where is management, NO BODY came over to me to HELP with the situation. Is there NO management??? Needless to say, I doubt any management there gives a damn at all about the CUSTOMERS…. Again NO MANAGEMENT talked to me, called me, or interacted with me to correct this situation.. NOT GOOD

I don't go to Taco bell that much its just as expensive as a restaurant now a days but I always come to get nachos bell grande love this stuff with fire sauce.
This was the best Taco Bell I have EVER had in my life. Such great service at 2am after a night out. The food tasted so fresh and amazing. Will be going and indulging again.

Every time we order from this Taco Bell it is always wrong every single time. Order a steak burrito they give us beef and I order a loaded beef nachos and they have been missing every damn time.
