Love love me my Mexican pizza. I was in the drive thru and they forgot my chips and cheese. Came back around and they gave me coupons for free tacos next time. Now that is customer service. It only happen once because they are amazing with customers orders. Love love this restaurant.
This particular Taco Bell I went to to get the new Cheez-It box crunchwrap supreme or whatever it is and although it was good it still was lacking in flavor but big kudos to the cook for doing a great job on the nacho fries which is and has been my personal favorite for a very long time and the hot chick with the tattoos that took my order she was very friendly!! Thanks Taco Bell

When to this taco bell, everything was good friendly staff well I like taco bell so I liked the food they gave my dad a senior discount and an extra taco on his order they must of say this old men need more food ?jk

Haley messed up my order. When I called the store, she said oh well just come back and get a new one. Very rude if you ask me, especially someone who is at work and only had a 30 minute lunch. I call the 1 800 customer service number and I am waiting for 30 minutes, they hung up after the first 16 minutes so I had to recall. Then the lady on the phone wanted to be really rude and interrupt me while I was talking to her about my situation. When I tell her to not interrupt because it’s very rude and unprofessional, she goes on and says I didn’t interrupt you as I was talking to with her. Had to hang up on the unprofessional people at Taco Bell. Hailey make a change in your service or quit. Don’t pass your negative attitude on people. If you can’t handle it find a different job with no customer service.
