Not sure whats going on with the bean burritos today. The beans were extra dry couldn't really enjoy the food because of the dry beans... but other then that they are alright. The location is a little hard to find if you are coming from Camelback Rd. The staff was friendly and everyone looked like they wanted to work today🙂

I went to 4850 n 99th ave in Phoenix , Arizona and ordered steak nacho fries, a mexican pizza, chalupa supreme and 2 regular crunchy tacos. When i got home there was hardly any topping on my fries which are $5.99. My pizza had sauce only on half. My chalupa had a sprinkle of meat and my crunch tacos were also the same. When i called, the person laughed on the phone . I love tacobell but today im not happy.

I order the same thing when I go there, price keeps going up. Started 10+, next visit 12+, my last visit, 15+, this was within a 6 month period. I don't Buy there Drinks because they Shrunk the cups but Jacked up the Prices. 3+ for a pee size cup drink, and most of its ICE!

This is the second time I’ve stopped here on my way home and the food was sloppy or burnt. I made the mistake of driving home before eating and got these dry burnt empanadas. Thanks. I rated 3 stars bc I’ve been here maybe 10 times and only had issues twice.

Went through drive thru before work. Ordered a box meal with the steak burrito supreme, asked multiple times NO BEANS on the burrito please. Was repeated back to me. Got to work, took a bite 🤦♀️ there are beans on the burrito. Called immediately. Explained what happened. She said okay took my name and come back for replacement when I get off work. After work pulled up, the staff is confused 😕. Explained again. Showed receipt, tried to give the food back cause I didnt eat it. With attitude told me they only replacing the burrito. I asked for the managers name. One staff acted as if she didnt know the other told me her name. Im not about to argue, off work hungry and just want to go home. I would like a refund please and thank you. Cause I repeated no beans 3 times and it was repeated back to me. And for me to have to go back just to have one item replaced when I didnt eat the meal.

He is super quick and efficient working in the kitchen, and when asking for a special order, he was able to communicate with me effectively to prepare the food, which was much appreciated!
They NEED to make him a manager as soon as possible OR AT LEAST PAY HIM MORE FOR HIS KNOWLEDGE!!

I just went through the drive through, and why the hell did they just put the unwrapped burritos I ordered straight into the bag? The other items I ordered all had wrappers. If nothing else put a napkin around it at least.

This Taco Bell 🌮🔔 is always clean and is fast in delivering your meal either at the counter or drive through. Every time I walk in, I always get greeted by the staff and are ready to take your order. There is plenty of parking 🅿️ at this place.
