At 2:49 today, I was helped by a very kind man in the drive-thru. He greeted me warmly, offered help, and made the experience great with his friendly communication even did the round-up for a good cause. The receipt says ‘Jessica,’ but I hope he gets recognized for his exceptional service!
Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have been going here for over 10 years and I don’t think they have ever messed up my order. Corporate please let us substitute potatoes for cheese in a bean burrito without extra charge 🙏🏼
This location used to be on top of their game. It has recently taken a dip. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, or management issue but the past few visits have been subpar. The app is useless if they are going to short your order and make you wait or come back anyway. It’s clean inside, and not usually packed, so that’s a plus. They just need to regroup and get it back together.
