The food at Taco bell has just gone down hill meet tastes imitation poorly made and the service is the worst purchased $40 in food and was still denied use of the restroom all the while others whom didn't even place an order we're being let in to the restroom. The female manager on shift was absolutely rude and not qualified to be a manager let alone in customer service work. I would not recommend this location at all
So I’m about to miss my bus to go to work because your app is not working or giving the discounted price as regular price and there’s nobody at the register to take the order and half of the machines don’t work in the restaurant so I have to miss my bus because you don’t have a human being at the counter and your machines don’t work in the app don’t work. Are you serious?

Always order online amd they ALWAYS forget food. Try calling to let them know and of course they never answer the phone. Went to place a order at the window and of course get home missing food. HIGHLY recommend checking your food before driving off or you will be SOL. This TB used to be AWESOME at customer service and getting orders correctly. Not sure what happened.

On January 27th at 10:24pm I went to order food at the drive through. The location was 7449 W Indian school rd Phoenix AZ 85033. I had no issues ordering the food. However after paying for the food at the window and waiting for it to be prepared, I could see two Dogs running through the kitchen. Not only was there two dogs running through the kitchen but the employees were picking them up with their aprons on and petting them with their gloved hands. Once the employee returned to the window I asked why was there a dog in the kitchen, which made them upset. I respectfully asked for my order to be cancelled and my money back, which then the employee told me to watch my tone trying to start an argument. I explained that it is not acceptable sanitary conditions to have an animal in a food preparation area and serve it to pedestrians. After the employee shut the window and left for at least five minutes, they finally came back and gave me my refund and told me to leave.
Giving away other people doordash orders or keeping it them self don't care. Bout anyone. Worst. Experience ever hope everyone working closing on the 18th of December get fired u have my order. Away ok cool. Go. Remake the order u made the mistake. Fix it. But no. They could care less n they were laughing in the background so I'm sure they lied n kept my. Food
