Employees are too busy talking about their personal lives to acknowledge customers.
I’m an uber eats driver. When I walked in, an older gentleman was waiting in the lobby. I assumed he’d already been helped. One gal was stocking sauce packets and didn’t acknowledge me. I gave her a minute but finally had to get her attention, as my order was waiting there for me. After she helped me, the old guy said do you not take orders anymore? She said no, and tried to guide him toward the computers. He said some of us aren’t computer literate, and he walked out. I’m very disappointed in this staff for not making eye contact and greeting people when they walk in. It’s just basic manners and good customer service.
Offers no bike racks or any way to lock up bikes in a *HIGH THEFT* area yet won't let me bring my small scooter inside even though it folds and can fit under a table. This location lost my business. Get better employees or at least get bike racks in front of the store if you're gonna make people leave their expensive bikes/scooters outside. -__-
Clean nice staff
As far as fast food restaurants go, or even other Taco Bells, they are clean and quick and the food is consistent.
Missing chips and cheese, cinnadelights
There is no cashier so you must use the computer screen which is too complex for seniors to use. I made 2 attempts to ask for help and they angrily shouted that they are busy. If you don't give all your personal information, you don't get a receipt or confirmation that the order went through even after accepting credit card! I then realized why the dining room was empty and why In-N Out Burger down the street has a full parking lot because it is so easy to order there.
Just came through the drive-thru about 10 minutes ago I was handed a blue raspberry freezie that was only 3/4 of the way full I asked the lady in the Drive-Thru to fill it the rest of the way please she rolled her eyes handed it to her co-worker they handed it back to me I didn't look at it when I got home it was not filled up at all it was handed off like hot potato between the workers in the Drive-Thru and then handed back to me I watched it I come there all the time I was very disappointed with the Young lady in the Drive-Thru she was very rude
Service is terrible,especially the lady who was on the drive thru
They had me go in to pick up order and then proceeded to ignore me while I was waiting at the front counter,and then the lady when she did finally proceed to address me she handed me each item one by one seemed like she was being very petty because I backed up in the drive thru to go inside and pick up
No complaints on my end.
. (Fast forward to yesterday - Sunday night ) — Have you seen those videos/skits showing how employees don’t know how to count back change when u give them more than the total bill I. E , total is $12.50 u give them 22.50 to get $10. They were not lying.
Employees must truly, only go by what the computer tells them. Crazy to me.
Also, this was like the 2nd time I actually went inside, and if you use the kiosk to order and want to pay cash at the front counter, you Have to let them know that you’re paying with Cash, bc they will not start your order until you do so!!
I will not be going back there or any other Taco Bell.
I waited for about 15 min, then we finally asked about our order & that’s when she told us their policy (she said it is stated on the kiosk). So I stood around, near the counter looking at them and yet not a single word out of their mouth.
Honestly, after last night, I’d rather have AI robots working than humans bc what’s the point ? I’m tired of doing the work an employee should be doing. I’m not getting paid! Food should be half the price then at least.
Our food was fine but I won’t be returning. Do better Taco Bell

I'm not eating at Taco Bell ever again. I feel like I wasted money on my order. 😒
So my Mexican pizza tastes like burnt oil, they remade but looks like the just tossed it together no care. They did not let us know when our order was ready was placed in the online and delivery shelf. When asked told called out.
There was no customer service. And when let know they left out a steak burrito they made it and just threw it in the bag. It’s sad I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. The food and service was crap. While sitting here saw 2 cars come in and have to come in and get new drinks. Usually it is for convenience most come but that is removed when have to go back to correct. I’m putting pics of how they made the food they had to remake and forgot to give to us originally in our order.

I paid for steak on the Meal for 4 and received Veggie instead. Also didn't receive the chips that come with the deal.

went in ready to order at a kiosk, waited a couple of minutes but it became clear that the people at both kiosks were going to take a while so I went up to the counter to order. After 5 minutes, one of the workers came over to tell me that I had to order at a kiosk. When I turned around, there were 3 more people in line for those same 2 kiosks. This does not seem to me to be a sustainable business model
