I ordered through my Taco Bell app today. What a disappointment! I ordered from the 35th Ave and Peoria location. I ordered the meal for 4. Let me start by saying the quesadillas were good. On the other hand, the crunch wraps were anything but crunchy and they had no meat. Then to top it off, I used my rewards for my free cinnamon twists but those were not included in my order. So, not only did I not get them, I lost my reward. I have ordered from this location before and never had an issue. I do doubt I will order from this location again.

I got a double beef burrito from the value menu for 2.79 and 75% of the burrito is RICE. Typically when inorder this burrito it is packed with beef and red tortilla chips. Maybe they got my order wrong. Either way this is absolutely pathetic.

DO NOT GET THE RED HOT FRIES!! I ordered the fries and I picked it up and I received 7 fries and I asked them if this was correct and they said yeah this is the portion size. I am paying 5 dollars for 7 fries with barely any topping. The worst experience ever!

Two workers are sick here I didn’t notice until they start making my food. It was a lot of coughing making the food. I was super unpleased. I asked to make another one. They looked confused like they weren’t coughing the storm up. Just a terrible experience.
