We went through the drive thru. We got were extremely rushed. Before we could even complete our orders the lady kept cutting us off saying “is that it” “is that it” with that awful “I just don’t want to be here “ attitude.. we did ask for a few minutes to look over the menu but, I guess she wasn’t having that.We get to the window and it was a young ethnic lady with a wrap over her head. She just didn’t seem to be to happy. Did say hello, no smile just a straight long face. This young women really needs to work on her customer service skills and needs to have a little more patience.. this made our visit in unhappy one and just made us upset.. food was good though and it wasn’t a long wait for our order..

BEWARE!!! The portion size at this location is about 1/4 the size of other Taco Bell establishments. When you can count the number of chips in their nachos on your hands, that's being RIPPED OFF!!! I've noticed that some of their items are actually more expensive here than at other places as well. NEVER RETURNING!!!!!

If I could give negative star reviews I would for this place. We got 6 items and only one was edible... A potato taco... They used breaking stale tortillas, didn't grill items that were requested, put creamy jalapeño on multiple items that did NOT require it and I am allergic to them so to say I was displeased is an understatement. When confronted I was told I didn't know what I was talking about (I'm a former employeeof Taco Bell and know its taste beyond well) "it's nacho cheese not jalapeño" as my mouth was clearly swelling (luckily its a minor allergy but still causes discomfort and difficulty) I asked for the items to be remade and they only remade one item. I would pray this place gets shut down. Terrible staff, food, and atmosphere. Tables weren't even freaking cleaned aside from picking up bigger items off the top... DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

The food was atrocious, it tasted metallic and old. This location did not offer a refund. I then called corporate and their response was to have it remade. I don’t understand why they thought I would want it replaced at that store. A more appropriate response would be to give a gift certificate to the location of my choice. Both the location and corporate gave an unacceptable and inappropriate response. Moving forward I will no longer be a Taco Bell customer after 40+ years. I do not recommend this chain to anyone.

Went through drive thru and ordered my food. Wanted easy sour cream and they put extra. Asked for fire sauce and didn't get any. Also no napkins. Just my burrito and taco.
Stopped for a quick meal no acknowledged us. We tried to order through the automated service and because we had a good size order it was confusing and frustrating. I then walked back to the register and had to ask for help to get acknowledged.

Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla combo and they forgot my Quesadilla. Ate my taco then went to eat my burrito and noticed it had almost nothing inside of it. Looking at other reviews i would avoid this taco bell at all costs food service is terrible at this one.
