if you want to be missing items please come to this location. i live down the road and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME i have ordered from this location i am missing something. how is this possible? are they not checking the bags? do they not have a proper togo system? this is absolutely ridiculous. i’d definitely understand missing something now and again or hell if you guys don’t have something tell me. but to charge me and then not give me my items is just flat out disappointing. in the past i’ve also called and asked if i could get the item and was told no. so don’t expect to get what you are paying for and just accept the fact you will be missing something.

Its been a long time since I ate here, food has been upgraded.. it would be nice if they get my orders right they often talk over me trying to hurry the order and all they hear is soft taco instead of the POTATO SOFT TACO.. i dont eat meat, and those are exceptional..

Tried to submit contact you through the app, but when I went to submit the form, it will not let me and says try again later, so now I'm here. Items were forgotten from my order. This happens every time I go here. Ridiculous.

If you really like having your order messed up or missing items EVERY TIME you visit, this is your location! Not a single trip in 5 years has yielded a correct order. Tonight they asked us to come back a THIRD time after messing up an order twice to fix it. Not sure how they’re still operating. Manager admitted she wasn’t helping an understaffed line.

I came in around 10:30 it's started with manager lady not changing her gloves after going outside and touching the doors and everything then going back to handle food then the two workers quit because of her basically improperly managing and talking to the employees so rudely while she wasn't doing anything and when other people as well as myself ask about food items all she did was throw her hands up and say she can't make any food orders. I feel bad for who ever had to work with that manager. I wish I could add the photo of how bad the back area looked because trust, it was bad and NOT how you'd want your food prepared.

Me and family generally like taco bell last three times stuff was wrong left out or completely wrong order will give myself some blame for not checking at window but when you ordering for 3 people you don't and shouldn't have to open and double check there work and make a mess in car. Also will have to say since everyone wanted to make a career and raise wages to what skilled labor get paid the service and food is horrible and cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant.

It took at least 20/30 minutes to get our order, nothing special, just four tacos to burritos , a couple of sodas, it was 722pm on a Tuesday night. The fella running the orders out was very nice, he hustled, so maybe need more kitchen help. Food was very good. I love the regular tacos.

Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever after not going for years The food the nacho Bell grande was disgusting, stale and soggy. I strongly do NOT recommend this Taco Bell store. The customer service was also subpar. I won't be going to any Taco bells in the future.
