Idk what happens but everytime we place an order big or small there's always something missing not made correctly or placed in the wrong mix box... employees are cool restraunts clean but seriously cant add everything to order how hard is a double check to make sure order is filled correctly
Honestly ridiculous. Had to drag my dog out there a second time because the hotel I'm at won't let me keep my dog inside unattended first of all, secondly I had 4 items, one customized, hardly big, like the lady in back was complaining about, and no one could see that it wasn't made properly, like I paid extra for, yeah not much but I still paid extra for that dude! And instead of saying hey we don't have this they remade it wrong a second time and the third one they gave me is just torn to hell. If it's too much then quit. Don't make me drag my dog and myself out into the heat on my motorcycle cause you're lazy. Y'all spat in the face of me saying please and thank you to you.

Yeah don’t go here. I ordered a bunch of food and it was made so cheap and clearly they are cutting back on ingredients. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and last time it sucked. I didn’t say anything because i figured “whatever.” But no, this time my order is crap. My nacho fries weren’t even full. There was tons of space for fries still. My nacho cheese cup was 1/3 empty. My Cheesy Gordita crunch had almost zero cheese between the taco and flatbread. My 5 layer burrito had 1 small scoop of beef in one end and one scoop of nacho cheese in the other. Come on Taco Bell you are trending downward. Do better

I am a regular there and have noticed several times the manager being mean and rude to his employees yelling and shouting and just plain rude . I think this is unprofessional and made myself and the employee very uncomfortable .
