My order was wrong NOT just the first time NOT just the second time BUT as well as the THIRD time!!!But the employees did end up making it right and we're friendly for the most part

Yeah don’t go here. I ordered a bunch of food and it was made so cheap and clearly they are cutting back on ingredients. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and last time it sucked. I didn’t say anything because i figured “whatever.” But no, this time my order is crap. My nacho fries weren’t even full. There was tons of space for fries still. My nacho cheese cup was 1/3 empty. My Cheesy Gordita crunch had almost zero cheese between the taco and flatbread. My 5 layer burrito had 1 small scoop of beef in one end and one scoop of nacho cheese in the other. Come on Taco Bell you are trending downward. Do better

I am a regular there and have noticed several times the manager being mean and rude to his employees yelling and shouting and just plain rude . I think this is unprofessional and made myself and the employee very uncomfortable .

I had the worst experience this evening 1/01/25 put in an online order once I got off from working a long shift of work . My husband picked up the order and didn’t check the bag before he left. Once he got home I checked the bag and noticed there was a burrito missing , no big deal it’s right around the corner so I figured id call them so they could make it and I could come pick it up. I spoke with a Justine or Justina on the phone who told me no problem to come back threw the drive threw and they would re make the $2 bean and cheese green sauce burrito that was missing from the order , once I got to the drive threw I told the lady who answered the window I just spoke with Justina or Justine on the phone for a re make on a burrito and they told me to hold on a second , then some guy gets on the head set and has an attitude and was like um I remember making that burrito and putting it in the bag and continued to tell me that I did receive the burrito that in fact was not in the order when it arrived at the house ,and I am not about to argue with some dude over something that was clearly missing and I was already told would be replaced so I stated again that I spoke w the Justine or Justina and he told me to pull forward with an attitude so I said that’s what I thought then once I got to the window he refused to remake my order! What a waist of time don’t tell someone to come threw the window to get there order remade if there just going to have to argue with another co worker once they arrive . Get it together this is a business that’s that’s very embarrassing. I will be going farther up the road from now on to 57th ave and bell rd INSTEAD so they can get it right !

Much better than before. I tried to get coffee once here the guy/kid at that time poured it in a plastic cup. Amd squched it when trying to put the top on cuz it was HOT. he begged me to not make him try again. Idk if he didn't have coffee cups or not cuz he didn't get one. I was shocked but I just asked for a soda cuz he couldn't try again. 😒🙄 so I don't ask for coffee anymore. .they will ask you to pull around if they are still working on your order longer then a few mins. The food is usually good.
