I almost always order through Uber eats and there is always an issue from this taco bell. Missing items, items that have wrong or missing ingredients, and it feels like they're always out of Baja blast.

They were in the middle of a rush, so I'm trying not to critique too hard. In the ladies' bathroom, there was undergarments, and it wasn't the cleanest. Again, they were mid dinner rush, but they messed my order up, and after the long wait, I just took what I had and left.

The worst experience I’ve had with fast food. I placed an order for pick up, came in when ready watched the staff member give my mail to a DoorDash for a different person. Then proceeded to lie to me, and said that my order was lost in the system. after I watched him, give my mail away.

Honestly I was very disappointed, this use to be a good spot to get good Taco Bell but today was not it. Opened my taco to a half full taco with more lettuce, cheese,sour cream, and tomato’s then the meat. Do better Taco Bell.
twice I've ordered the soft toco supreme box (12 soft tocos ) and got back regular tocos not a big deal but happened twice . rest of food come thrown in a wrapper looking like dog food.

Yuck.First of all the moron kid forgot my nachos bell grande. After I asked twice. But the kids were too busy talking apparently. I had to drive back and get the rest of my food.Second the food was gross. They don't ask if you want chicken or beef like they have for years. The food (tacos and chalupas) was damn near empty. 45$ wasted.The manager didn't offer anything to compensate for the utter frustrating experience. She was very dismissive even tho she knew that they already screwed up once. I told her nachos bell grande and she didn't listen and tried to give me regular nachos and had to show a receipt. I will drive further away to avoid this taco bell. As should anyone looking at this review.Do better.

An elderly couple left, without ordering, because an extremely rude employee told them that they have to use the kiosk to order and she was too busy to help them. They asked why they just couldn't order at the register and she basically shoved this in their face and said, "That's why." What arrogance from a beyotch that can't do any better than a fast food job that elementary schoolers can do.
