I ordered the California Crunchwrap in the drive thru. The wrap I received was definitely not it. It was filled heavily with onions to which I’m allergic and when I initially asked if I could get it as a meal, I was told if it’s not on the app then they don’t offer it. So now I’m out $12 and still hungry

Location is at a convenience location. Place was not clean at all. No stars for customer service which was no where to be found.
A previous customer had came back in as he mentioned part of his order was missing after waiting for someone to come back to the front.

The service is not bad at all despite the negative reviews about it as the cashier helped me immediately and answered my questions. The place was clean. The issue is the portion. Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo meal and for 10.99 plus tax, what a scam! I was still hungry, a tiny quesadilla with barely any chicken in it, a small and basic beef taco and a soda for over 11.00! Holy rip off , Batman!

They can’t read instructions let alone help a customer. They all stand there, talking amongst themselves for service and still managed to mess up your order. 🤦🏽‍♀️

1. They won't take your order. You have to use the kiosk.
2. They were throwing bags of food on the counter expecting everyone to figure out whose order was whose. The order receipts where in the bags. Not on the side of the bags.
3. They still got the damn order wrong.

Never coming here again the guy working drive thru didn’t want to honor military discount he lied and said they don’t do it but the times I have gone they gave me the discount. I can’t stand liars. He was just being lazy.

You know what is... Fast, greasy, mass produced & highly processed deliciousness! This location may occasionally have wait time issues later in the evening, particularly on weekends but what fast food restaurant won't? It's accessible and cheap!

Friendly service, food was not very warm, they ALWAYS leave something out of my order or make it wrong. Every time. I just know to expect it now and order extra.

As always, the food is great. I ordered food thru the drive thru window and the wait for 2 chalupas and drink was over 4 minutes. 4 minutes is not a lot but drive thrus are meant for a purpose. Drive THRU.

I went through the drive thru in the morning and then was asked if I was using online app or whatever and I said no. I was then waiting for someone to ask what I would like. I sat there for awhile and no response of can you please hold or anything. So I began to give my order and still no reply. After awhile I just decided to take off. My opinion is that if you can't take the order at that time please communicate that with your customer and i would have waited knowing you were busy. Don't ask a question and then go completely silent after.
