I had an issue with DoorDash and did not get all of my food delivered. I called the Taco Bell restaurant and spoke with Miguel who was awesome. He fulfilled my missing order and had a new Dasher bring my order to my house. Definitely five stars in my book and he followed up with a phone call too. Thank you so much Miguel!
I'm rated their customer service at this location because I just called them about a person sitting hunched over at a bus stop next to the Taco Bell It looked like they needed medical attention and right away they said they will call the authorities. Great job!
I ordered through my mobile app and had the food delivered. I ordered (2) build your cravings box meals. I only have eaten the Cheesy Gordita Crunch; half of my Crunch wrap; a tortilla chip; and a few cinnamon twists. The tortilla chip and cinnamon twists have a bitter after taste to them, which is very unpleasant. *I have now noticed this bitterness is present in the tortilla chips at other Taco Bell locations as well.
