I came with my friend we ordered on the kiosk as soon as we got there. I waited a few minutes nothing to crazy. I ordered two lux boxes. Which are supposed to come with a drink. But when the associate came to bring the food out he just left the boxes on the counter and yelled my name. Usually I wouldn’t really care too much. However they forgot our drinks. So we decided to stay there and try to get their attention. But they were choosing to ignore us. We made eye contact with one of them and she continued to ignore us. We waited politely for them and when the cashier comes around she dropped the rest of our order on the counter and then she grabbed our cups and slammed them on the counter and said nothing. I usually don’t try to make a big deal of something like that but in this case the customer service was terrible.

I think the manager name is Alicia Eliza it says on receipt she was the rude cashier, I feel like if you drive all the way to the drive-thru and your ask specifically what you wanted and they messed up and it's their fault not yours they should remake the whole order not just what they messed up on because you're making my food more colder messing up, I never thought I will take my time out my day to give out a bad review The worst service ever I came at 12 before closing to get 3 Doritos tacos regular I drove home and it was supreme tacos and my fries were cold by the time I would've heated them up but it was frozen cold so I ask them to remake my order and they tricked me and only gave me my tacos I asked for the fries ahe told me they were not cold so I ask for a refund and she had a huge attitude doing it I am so disappointed the manager was being racist and I feel so mad

Michelle is amazing she always is smiling she always tries her best to give you fresh food even when it’s busy pasquel is a good addition to the team this is my local taco bell he friendly and fast on the grill Tyler is a kind young man he works hard I had a error with my food he gave me a free taco coupon and apologized to me made me feel welcomed and heard I come back for them and sometimes just come to say hey to this good group of people keep working hard you never know who’s looking or appreciating it

My issue is with the nacho cheese. Idk if this is a taco bell corporation or this location thing, but they raised the prices from $0.70 to $1.00 and the cups are literally less than half full this makes no sense. They gotten alot better with missing items, but a few times add sour cream when i request no sour cream. And forgotten my straws when i ordered 5 drinks before. But quick service

11/10 service from Arthur! Excellent customer service, accuracy while juggling multiple tasks at once, and just made us smile with his energy! We’d come back to this Taco Bell just to get the joy of having him take our order. Fan-taco!

Very rude at the drive thru. Very unprofessional the worker was judging what I wanted to eat. Was making smart handed comments. I drove right out of the drive thru and didn’t even buy here. Will never be back again.

This location gets it right. Extra chicken in the quesadilla and extra red sauce on the bean burrito, no matter what time of day or evening. I’m shocked at the low rating. This is a great location with well trained new employees. Keep up the good work.

Yet another Taco Bell that can't understand custom orders. I'm done with Taco Bell, I have never found a location that doesn't screw up orders. I think their training needs to include how to read, seems to be hard for Taco Bell employees to do.

Kelsey went above and beyond for our order . It was fresh , it was delicious. She made sure we had everything including sauce, napkins, and any extra we wanted . She needs a raise! Thanks Kelsey

Bruh, it's like they forgot to put the beans in the bean burritos 🌯.
always missing 1-2 items from drive-thru order, accurate orders are a must but there's no checking here. evening/late crew serves old pre-made items, it's obvious because the quality reduces exponentially when it sits for a long time
