Very rude at the drive thru. Very unprofessional the worker was judging what I wanted to eat. Was making smart handed comments. I drove right out of the drive thru and didn’t even buy here. Will never be back again.

This location gets it right. Extra chicken in the quesadilla and extra red sauce on the bean burrito, no matter what time of day or evening. I’m shocked at the low rating. This is a great location with well trained new employees. Keep up the good work.

Yet another Taco Bell that can't understand custom orders. I'm done with Taco Bell, I have never found a location that doesn't screw up orders. I think their training needs to include how to read, seems to be hard for Taco Bell employees to do.

always missing 1-2 items from drive-thru order, accurate orders are a must but there's no checking here. evening/late crew serves old pre-made items, it's obvious because the quality reduces exponentially when it sits for a long time

Idk if it’s because we ordered later but every time we order from here they always slack on putting the ingredients. When we remove the lettuce it’s nothing but a flat shell and hardly anything in it. You can’t tell me lettuce makes the whole taco. And anytime we walk in to pick up the order we stand there looking dumb for a few minutes before anyone ever addresses us. You’re not busy enough to have 3 people working with an empty drive-through and still be clueless. We only come to this one because its conveniently nearby but honestly I’d rather a drive than this nonsense.:/

This is the best Taco Bell location in the area!! The customer service of every employee is always exceptional! My food is always fresh, and they have never messed up my order.

Arthur is the best. He took my order quick. Made the food himself. AND brought the order to the table!!! Pretty sure it was because we were the only people there. Food was delicious. Nacho bell grande, gordita, and tacos are bomb! They didn't have Dr. Pepper but lobby was OCD clean!

Horrible experience. It was 3:30pm. We went in the drive thru, waited several minutes just to order. Ordered, got to the window, paid, and waited 10 min because the person at the window just ghosted. He FINALLY came back to the window, and we asked for a refund. He told us the food was just about ready, and turned as though he was going to grab it.

Nope. He disappeared for another couple of minutes.

Finally returned with our food, and gave us a handful of free taco vouchers.

The food order ended up being wrong. We didn't want to go back.
