After playing a round of golf I was super drained and in need of food. After seeing it twice during the round I made the decision to go SOUTH OF THE BORDER! Ohh my was it delicious the bean burrito is a good call and the soft shell taco was fresh and not made sloppy, and the Baja Blast was extremely refreshing. The assistant Manager had such an awesome personality and great conversation I’m looking forward to checking out South Dakota per his recommendation. Great team and clean bathroom!

Camry, if that's even her name is entirely overwhelmed. Two cars in the drive through and she was so rude, tells me shes training and correcting the trainee. That she's the shift leader. I feel sorry for who ever she was training talking to humans like that. I asked if she was correcting them or me? I wouldn't even complete my order with her. I backed out of the drive through. Never again. Del taco for me. Crazy brat.

My go-to among the two Taco Bells in the area, the one off of Warner Road, has been a regular spot for me for quite a while. This time around, I opted for the drive-through and here's the scoop:Service: The staff was fast, efficient, and quick, ticking all the boxes for a smooth drive-through experience. No complaints in this department. The kitchen, visible from the drive-through, appeared clean and open, though I can't speak for the inside of the building.Ambiance: The exterior of the building and the drive-through were in good shape. My only nitpick would be the menu--it could use an update or be a bit easier to read. But overall, the spot was pretty nice.Food: Taco Bell's burritos are a quick grab food, and they hit the spot when you're in the mood for something fast and satisfying. I got exactly what I asked for, including napkins and water, and the food was up to par for Taco Bell standards.Overall: This Taco Bell provides a straightforward, fast, and simple experience with no major issues. If you're looking for a quick and decent Taco Bell burrito, this place has got you covered!

I am a regular at this location. Normally, I have a great experience for what it is, but today was not it. I placed a mobile order as usual and headed to the restaurant to pick up my meal. When I arrived and gave the young man on the speaker my name. He asked what time I placed my order (which was about 10-15 minutes before my arrival) and asked me to come to the window. When I arrived at the window, a manager took his place and asked if I placed my order at the correct location because they did not have it. I showed her both email receipt order confirmation and my Taco Bell tracker in the app, both displaying a correct location and a paid for order. She proceeded to tell me that she did not have my order and I could not receive my food. I told her I have the proof of the order location, date, time, etc, being correct, and you already have my money. Therefore, it is not right to refuse to give me what I paid for. So I asked for my money back, which she refused. She was persistent, but so was I. Right is right, and wrong is wrong. Our unprofessional encounter lasted almost 8 minutes before she had the audacity to ask me to reverse my vehicle and pull up again because her order timer was over 7 minutes. It could have been less than 2 minutes had she handled the situation like a professional. I ended up getting my food, and the young man that initially greeted me apologized for the situation but NOT the manager. She definitely needs to undergo training again or find a different field because customer service is not her forte.

It’s all about managing expectations. No one expects a phenomenal culinary experience from Taco Bell. However, a customer should expect prompt, courteous service should from any fast food company. After all, that’s what you’re paying for. That was not the case at this facility. Also, the four crunchy tacos I purchase were not only over-priced, but they hardly had ANY meat in them to speak of. They hardly accounted for an appetizer. When I returned three of them to the service counter because of a lack of meat, the person at the register commented, “That’s just the way we make them.” He made no attempt to offer any other options to satisfy the customer. They acted as I should be okay with their unsatisfactory answer, … take our tacos, be quiet and eat them. They have no concept of customer service. Considering the cost of their food and poor quality, … Original Burrito Company (only a mile to the north) here I come.
