my burrito for some reason tasted like a coin. They always messed it up per usual. It was extremely floppy, the tortilla was wet and just not cooked at all

just rude and unprofessional. was at the speaker for 25 mins nobody came and then went up to the window and they told me i coudlnt order cus i wasnt at the speaker after i told them it wasnt working. WORKERS WERE VERY RUDE

I have come to this location for 14 years now and I have to say the last couple years have been off. My main concern is that I always order the 12 pack party pack and every time for the last 4 years my order has been made wrong and i'm charged for the add ons of extra beef and extra cheese and no Lettuce on all 12 tacos and the price is always 40 plus bucks. All the tacos in the box were right but the ones in front were all made like regular tacos without the add ons or modifications. Im only getting half of the tacos being made right. I understand the business working in the food industry myself but it does get frustrating time and time again being essentially robbed time and time again for this. I understand it can get late or frustrating and even overwhelming or maybe even annoyed getting orders like mine. So being my first and last review I ever put for this place. Please be mindful.
