Everything i order was squished and I got the boxes which nothing should be looking that disgusting. I honestly don't even want to eat my food from how unprofessional especially when all food there is over priced for shitty service, and to wait in drive thru is so stupid get better workers!

I would give this location no stars of I could. I will not be visiting Taco Bell ever again. The food was absolutely horrible. We spent $32 and not 1 thing was good. Both of our Mexican pizzas were soggy and all of the tacos were not only made with barley anything in them, but they were so soggy that they were sticking to the paper and the food was cold. We didn't even eat, we ended up throwing everything away and spending another $30 on Pizza Hut. What makes me upset is we live right across the street from this taco bell. If I lived 20mins away or even 10mins away I would get it, but it took me 3mins to get there to pick up the food and less than 5mins to drive home (with traffic). I would like somebody to contact me. I would like a refund. The food was horrible and we did not eat it. Very unacceptable.

The night manager Jonathan is amazing. He is very kind and very helpful. The food was fresh even at late night.

The service is always great. However, the meat is cold a lot of times, very seldom warm or hot. They also forget the sauce at lot, even the green sauces we pay for.

I placed a mobile order in the app to take home. Unfortunately, when we got home we noticed one item missing from the drive through, a cinnabon 12 piece, about $8 total with tax. I called the next day and spoke with the manager on duty who had amazing customer service and made it right. I understand that mistakes happen and the item was missed, and partially my fault for not parking and checking the order before I left, but the managers attitude and actions the next day restored my faith in this location. Thank you for taking care of the issue when I returned.

Good, fast service and great price! they make sure your order is right. Never had any problem there. Told cashier Brandon that I was a senior citizen and realized it when people started calling me "sir" before I turned 50. I said I wondered what happened to my "dude" title. As he handed me my order, Brandon said "Have a good night, dude." I liked that!

I dont mean to be petty and base my review on not getting my Avocado Verde Salsa Sauce Packet , but it happens every single time I go and this time I asked to make sure it was in the bag and still wasn't! They were also rude to me about it, like how dare I ask to make sure the sauce I PAID for was in the bag... I wouldn't even bother with a review but you have to pay for each and every avocado ones. Other then that the rest of my food was good

Me and my partner went to go get food after a long weekend. We paid for our food and left and managed to get home and realized the order was incomplete. Although we understand that accidents happen - we called, and was met with an attitude in regards to a refund or remake of the order, and there was no customer service, or any type of make it happen attitude in regards to how they handled the situation. Taco bell is taco bell but the customer service in this location is going to bar me from visiting again. I would rather make a further drive

I went here a couple days ago with my kids to cheer them up and it was a nightmare. Terrible service! Every girl in there was like they were auditioning for the walking dead. They had no reactions and did not have a nice tone. I was talking with my kids and the workers (even in the back) turned over and looked at me with a judgmental a face. There was also a bug in my daughter’s quesadilla and mine only had 3 pieces of the quesadilla when there is normally 4. The women here are not taking their job seriously. Please do something about this so we can have happy places to go to with our children with joy and excitement not judgment and hate.
