As someone who genuinely loves Taco Bell, this is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from and will never make the mistake of ordering from again. This is probably either the fifth or the second time that they have messed up on my Uber order I ordered one Quesa Rito I ordered one bean and cheese burrito with modifications as well as two tacos and two chips and cheese as well as salsa. I was missing my salsa. I was missing both chips and cheese getting a burrito that was never ordered and one case and I did get the two tacos. It’s very disappointing as someone who works in service. You really only have one job in the middle of the night and asked to make sure that your customers have the food that they need. It’s getting very lazy. It’s very disappointing and you will not ever find me giving money to this corporation ever again things to this location on 51st and baseline because this has to be the Seventh time that I have tried giving them a chance of ordering food and it’s not even prime time busy and they still yet fail to the expectations I would not order from here FYI, on top of that they do not answer the phone and when they do, they are very rude and disrespectful and do not take accountability as customers we spent our money here and you would think that you would get a service that you would expect but you do not compare compared to other locations In the valley

I should have read the Reviews before purchasing...the Bean Burrito & Burrito supreme were cold the beans & ground beef. Spoke to a temporary person in charge as the Supervisor or GM was not in the building; informed them of the cold burritos, in which the person indicated the beans were hot and it may be the weather. It was 10 mins from purchasing when I attempted to eat.. I will not return to that particular establishment.

I went in to the Taco Bell on 51st ave and baseline yesterday for the first time. There wasn't anyone to greet me or other customer as we walked in and no one offered to help with their kiosk when I was trying to join the Rewards program. Then when my order was done they just put it on the counter instead notifying me as I had stepped away to go grab sauces and stuff. When asking them questions they looked at me like I was Dentist pulling their teeth out. I won't go back. It wasn't a welcoming experience at all .

People! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT ORDER the “Beefy 5 Layer Burritos”! Unless you want a huge cold-dry rubber tortilla that wraps another tortilla…. NOT GOOD!! Why or who came up with such a ridiculous idea? Not even a human interaction at all in this location. Those kiosks are NOT good for the customer! They don’t even give you a paper receipt. -Not an option. So this experience…👎👎👎

Rude cashier wanted me to take my own order but I don't work here....she still got my order wrong
my burrito for some reason tasted like a coin. They always messed it up per usual. It was extremely floppy, the tortilla was wet and just not cooked at all

just rude and unprofessional. was at the speaker for 25 mins nobody came and then went up to the window and they told me i coudlnt order cus i wasnt at the speaker after i told them it wasnt working. WORKERS WERE VERY RUDE
