Drive thru...order was incorrect. Our order was $30 plus...6 soft tacos supremes, Mexican pizza, bean burrito and a chicken burrito supreme (got a soft chicken taco instead...big difference in price and certainly not the same!) Just would like what we ordered. Please double check before giving the order to the customer. Thank you!

This location has gone downhill... Today’s experience was a first for me: I submitted an order online for pickup, drove all the way there (about 12 min drive), then was told “We won’t have any chicken or beef for the next 30-45 minutes while we wait for it to drop”. What?? Ridiculous. Also, I was already charged for the order. As i drove off, i noticed several, if not all, their staff sitting outside the front door on the ground smoking & conversing. Something seems super off about this.

First off, we were rushed at the drive thru to order our food. We ordered 2 burritos: 1 sausage and 1 bacon, they were labeled incorrectly. Our burritos were basically flat with barely anything inside.
The "manager" or "lead" is ridiculous. (I'm trying to keep this as PG as possible.) Dressed like a slob. Poor attitude. Rude. Can't get orders right. Pay for nacho sauce on your food? Forget it. They won't give it to you and will STILL charge you extra. Food is terribly prepared. Hardly any meat in the tacos or burritos. Dry as can be. I mean, the list goes on and on. They close the dining room early because they're lazy. There has to be a way to report this location to corporate, and believe me, I will. Do yourself a favor. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't ruin it for people paying you to do YOUR job.

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The Manager or team leader walking around with his shirt almost wide open. They got two orders mixed up with the name Robert. The customer patiently waited 20 minutes for his order. The whole crew has a terrible attitude. I ordered tacos and the shells were all broken in the package. I’ve dealt with Taco Bell for 45 years, this place needs a good Manager. Disappointed.
