The drive thru order taker did not listen to my husband at all. My husband ordered three crunchy taco supremes for me because I have a gluten allergy and can only eat the corn shells. The review screen showed soft tacos, and my husband let the order taker know 3 separate times. The order taker said “it shows as crunchy on our side”. When my husband got home we discovered the tacos were soft shell flour so I could not eat them.
When we called the store about it, there was no apology or anything remotely expressing concern, and the only solution they offered was for us to come back to the store for replacements. My husband’s food then would have been cold, but more importantly the reason he drove through in the first place is that we were short on time today. Therefore, we had no time to go back and forth to Taco Bell again without being late for our next event.
He paid by debit card, which could have been credited, but that solution was not offered.

Wrong order. I ordered a classic luxe box with a beefy 5 layer burrito and my bf got a cheesy Gordita crunch.. I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito and he didn't get his. Going back to get our correct order. Can't believe that they are still hiring STUPID people to make our orders.. guess we need to check our bags from now on.

Awesome food I received coupon in my mail and thought I try the 2 free tacos whenever I was gonna pass that way and so I did get the chance to stop one day and 2 days later I was right back at Cali tacos ordering them same tacos but this time I got the combo and I enjoyed every bite even the prices of their food is on Demand good for you Cali tacos I will be back to experience everything you have on your menu..Great tasting Food 😋👍
