Taco Bell is taco bell. The employees here are very efficient and helpful and always smiling and greeting guests properly ( drive thru)

This may be the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever had the unfortunate experience to order from. Tonight I came to the drive thru, and when I got to the speaker there was THREE cars in front of me. I ordered one bean burrito and one crunchy taco. After placing my order I went to sit in line BEFORE I got to the window for THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES. Yes, you read that correctly. They were moving ONE car every TWELVE minutes. Is that not absolutely INSANE? They blamed in on the 20 uber and DoorDash orders that were working on. That mean they are making TWENTY delivery orders AHEAD of orders made in store, before the drivers even arrive to the store? it makes zero sense as to why they would make every single delivery order in front of drive thru orders BEFORE the drivers even got to the window. Please help me make it make sense because I absolutely cannot wrap this business practice around my head.

Whoever is the manager and the owner of this location needs to rethink their strategies because waiting over FORTY minutes for one burrito and one taco while the workers are making dozens of orders for delivery drivers that have not even arrived to the store is just absolutely NUTS.

Went to Taco Bell before around 8:30pm the food there was no issues they got it correctly. The problem lies within staff and lack of attention to the customers inside the store. They focused solely mostly on the customers at drive thru. Many customers inside were standing around waiting to be waited on while staff in kitchen area near checkouts were too focused on drive thru. Staff were more vocal and socialized with each other rather then to notice the front check out area had people waiting. I myself waited for 5 to 10 mins to ask if they had any hot sauce (they were out at the grab and go station near the soda machine) but no one saw me no one came over to acknowledge my presence at the counter or bothered to ask if I needed assistance. They were too focused on drive thru and didn't acknowledge nearby other customers waiting one even walked out from what I observed. As much as the drive thru is convenient for customer drivers it's heavily inconvenient to the in store customers who only want to place a simple order or in my case only to ask a question just to be ignored. Wasn't particularly thrilled about my experience so I collectively in a calm manner walked out without even bothering to ask them anything.

Stood at the front register for 10 min and no one bothered to come take my order. The kiosks were occupied so I went up to the register. Several workers looked at me and ignored me. Including a woman with what seemed like manager attire. I watched another man also get ignored the entire time I waited for my food to be ready.

This place has turned around substantially. Fast service, friendly employees. I ask for 6 hot sauces and I get 6. They are putting the fast in fast food.

I placed two separate orders through the app and both were already paid for.
The billing staff asked me to come around for the second order, which I did.
When I reached the window again, I was told to come back yet another time, even though I had already informed them that both orders were placed and paid for.
I’ve now been circling the drive-thru for about 40 minutes, and it seems there’s confusion about handling the second order.
I just need help completing the orders I already paid for.
Not coming here ever again.

taco bell you big beautiful 2.5 star franchise, I love you. but hey I rated this one as two stars because the beans on my cheesy bean and rice burrito were cold AND the floor looked nasty even though wet floor signs were up. when was it truly cleaned!!?? did they reuse the same dirty water??

I was tempted to rate 3 stars because they kept root beer at this location when many have dropped it especially with the recent grape soda addition

I do like the decorations at this location ALTHOUGH it is a little small for being a busy location.

the lighting lacks the charm of some of the fully renovated locations, looks like this one they just slapped a coat of paint on, changed the deco and that's it. maybe the floor could have been done too.
