Chips and beans were pretty salty. Beans were thicker than normal. Staff didn't talk to any customers or each other. Burritos were made smaller with less of each ingredient than what we've received in the past.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up 2 Uber orders only to arrive and find the store closed. Website says 9pm close but it was closed an hour early. I totally get it was Christmas eve but they need to adjust the hours online. Total waste of time, gas and money.

By far the best taco bell I've ever been to. They were clean, organized, and the food was delicious! Crunchy tacos were amazing, Mexican pizza was delicious, the crew did a fabulous job. I wish we had a taco bell like this in Albuquerque. Definitely 5 stars. It was awesome guys thank you! EATING MEXICAN PIZZA AS I TYPE AND WOW CRUNCHY NOT LIKE WET PAPER

Was doing DoorDash yesterday, waited 30+ minutes for the order. With 6 employees currently working.

One of the employees was rudely complaining about a customer after them following up about how much longer their order would be.

Staff was unorganized and leadership is lacking here.

Long drive thru line and another customer also waiting 40+ mins for her order.

People were also requesting refunds because of the service.

I was there for 50 minutes and didnt get any food. After I ordered I waited for food, a few other people were waiting too even longer than me and absolutely no food was coming out to the dining area. So i waited and waited with everyone else. A couple other people before me slowly got their orders and left. Drive thru seemed steady but the line wasnt huge and was able to keep moving. 35 minutes later I finally ask to get my food and a refund since it didn't seem right that i should wait so long since i chose to use the dining area vs. drive thru, manager said sure. I asked if I could have my drinks while we were waiting. It sounds like either someone bumped my order so it was never made, or it went out the drive thru. Because absolutely nobody (maybe 4 other people) in the lobby was getting any food this entire time. I got the drinks and waited again. I noticed something didn't look right on the receipt and went up to the counter to let them know to hold an ingredient. She looked at me in shock and was like no I'm not making that order this isn't how it works. And I'm like ?????? She says she refunded it so I don't get anything. I ordered at 8:50pm, and now it's 9:35. I told the manager that I had said I would like the food still and a refund too and if it was going to be an issue she should have said so instead of just telling me okay. That way we could have just done a partial refund instead and I could still get some food after waiting for so long with my 8yr old son. She swears I didn't say I wanted any food and is treating me like I'm lying. But I did make it clear and even asked for the drink cups so we could have something while we're waiting for our food. Then she says that I must have not been paying attention and missed it when they called my food. I was sitting right next to the counter the whole time, praying for someone to call my name. Its bogus. Finally she offers to resubmit the order and do a partial refund, but then she tells me I'm going to be waiting for a very long time still. (The other people in the lobby have been waiting as long as me, no one has any food or drink. People are starting to warn new customers when they come in not to order). So I left, empty handed. I was very calm and polite throughout this entire time and im certainly not the kind of person who expects free stuff when i go places, but this was getting to that point like i definitely should have gotten something for my time. Even an apology would have been nice instead of blaming me. My card was originally charged at 8:50 and by 9:43 my and my child are walking out with still nothing. I was nice and told the manager to have a nice night after hearing i would still need to wait a long time to get my order, and as I'm leaving she tells the people in the back that I wanted my food still after getting the refund and they start laughing at me and saying 'that's not how it works'. Which was incredibly rude and has 0 empathy for that they lost my order and I waited there for almost an hour. I'm not of the mind set that the customer is always right and should get everything they want, but seriously??? I wasted 50 minutes there trying to get a small order of food. Sorry it's a long story, I'm just in awe of the experience we just had.

Almost no meat or cheese in my tacos. The burrito was 80% dough and I spit most of it out. This place has completely lost it. Half of the food for three times the price.

This is probably the best location there is! The baha blast and the Doritos loco tacos are SOOO good together! The food was well prepared and fresh! Whoever sees this review, I recommend you get the baha blast and the Doritos tacos! Easily 5 stars!😋🌮🥤

Girlfriend wanted to eat here because they have the new decades menu and tostadas and a maxi melt made her so giddy and happy like we were in high school again. Thank you, Taco Bell for bringing those back.

cold food.. chalupa not fried... skimpy on fillings. way too much $ for what you get... mostly.you are eating taco shells..chalupas with no meat. bad taco bell location. update. tried again and still serving same craps.... take my money and go elsewhere.... ripoff

Look the kids you had in there made absolutely nothing I ordered correctly was specifically told what extras I wanted on everything I did not even receive a quarter of it I'm taking pictures of everything I will be calling first thing in the morning as soon as the door open if the kids that work there can not properly do the job by any means they should not be working there do exactly what people ask I have worked at taco bells on three different states all make everything correctly I don't understand the problem

Ok here's the deal. I love Taco Bell, and I live in a border state 😭 BUT this Taco Bell, since I've lived here 8 years has always been SO slow! I get it, but 8 years... But alas I'll keep going. Fun fact! Use the App for ordering while in line! Deals galore and great customization. If Joes Tacos down the street at 2nd and Bell is open, go there first lol 🤣
