Worker named Denieca was talking down to her fellow employees while inwas waiting for my food. I got the wrong order and the same individual told me to figure it out myself. Spent 30$ worth of food and didn't eat any of it. The manager didn't help out either. Worst customer service ever!

Taco Bell is a 2.5 star franchise to me. This one is average. The lobby is pretty good, I like the convenient location at the intersection. The food was OK. I ordered the chicken chalupa cravings box which is the $10 deal at the moment, did not come in a box for the photo but whatever. The chalupa was 90% cold. Only the meat was a little warm. Flavor was OK. The dorritos loco taco the shell was very salty but it had a little flavor. The beefy 5 layer burrito seemed like actually like 5 ingredients: tortilla, nacho cheese, sour cream and a tiny bit of ground beef. The chips and cheese are as expected a cheap filler item. The root beer I got tasted slightly off at first but I'm chalking it up to rarely having fountain soda. I wouldn't order any of what's in the chalupa box next time.

Hung up on me several times when I called to give them an opportunity to make it right.Employees were acting like complete buffoons when my family was there placing the order.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.UPDATE: corporate called back and refunded the entire meal.

LITERALLY THE WORST APP EVER. I ordered a $50 order for delivery on 12/30, food never came, sent a message for assistance, no response. We decided to try it again tonight, but for pickup. It charged my card $18, but apparently the store never got the order and now they want us to PAY AGAIN. Still no refund or response about the 1st one.....really guys. You make too much money to have such a shitty app. We've lost $68 so far.....def not going to taco bell anymore.
