This location used to be a once a week spot but the service and food has gone down hill. Customer service is gone, they treat you like a huge burden and often times won't even say a word and almost throw your food out the window.
And if you do order here check your food every time, there is always something missing, wrong, or both.

Holy mother of Christmas Eve.. this.. tasted… TERRIBLE! The cinnamon twists smelt of radioactive cancer and ammonia, it was absolutely PUTRID. The tacos were soggy and rancid, not edible whatsoever, no sour cream like we asked for, I’m shocked.

Garbage. How do you make a quesadilla and put zero cheese in it? Literally the easiest item on the menu to make, 1 ingredient, they can't do it right. The incompetence amazes me. They gotta get their ducks in a row here. And I know it's not worth taking it back for a replacement, since they couldn't get a 1 ingredient item right.

taco bell is a 2.5 star franchise for me but this one is below average just from the amount of cleaning I see that they don't do. the gross grungy corner by the drinks... just don't look at it and don't sit by it. was end of the lobby being open so they were mopping the floor. honestly looked like the worker wasn't even going to dunk mop twice. hence the floor is disgusting looking after probably weeks of this. Just don't go in the lobby I guess next time yikes. my cravings box had a double stacked taco but with a gordita on the outside which is incorrect.
