this is a joke this store is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to then because I asked for my crunchwrap supreme and they tried to tell me that it wasn't on there but I paid for it so they made me pay for it twice and when they made it they put 10 jalapenos on it My son went to eat it and his mouth was burning so bad I think somebody should do something about this place because if not I'm going to corporate and I'm going to do something!

The food is fine but it's like they don't know how to talk. Customers literally waiting forever in the lobby, not 1 hello or how can I help you. Instead they stay working and after leaving you waiting the y nod their head to take your order. Barley speak a word to you at the register. Ugh .. so bland and what a rude atmosphere. I have never seen such a miserable crew

Very busy lunch time today 1/13/26. Cars wrapped around the parking lot. I decided to place a mobile order and go inside (that didn't help). There was one sweet older woman genuinely trying her best to help everyone out. She appeared to be working both the drive-thru and the front counter. I felt for her. I stood there for a minimum of 15 minutes waiting for my order (I get it, it's busy). The guy packaging the pickup orders wasn't calling out anybody's name and they were just piling up until the older lady got a breath between drive-thru orders to run over and hand them out! Ridiculous sense of help on his part! I finally got my food, got back to my office (late) and half my order was wrong. I ordered a box that was supposed to come with a chicken chalupa (literally the default item!). I got beef *insert eye roll*. I upgraded my crunchy taco to a supreme and paid a dollar unpcharge for nothing (in this economy!? *insert eye roll*) cause was it supreme? Not even close. At least the drink was right... probably because I got it myself. I worked service industry for 25yrs. sooo I consider myself verrry patient and forgiving in these situations, but this was just sloppy imo.

Tried the new “poblano rolled quesadilla” last time I checked the cheese should be melted not cold. What a waste of 6$ I knew I should have went somewhere else for lunch. SMH

These guys always seem to disappoint, I’m a security guard down the street I order food occasionally and every time I order from these guys it’s something new, today I completely didn’t receive my order and had eventually gotten a driver to cancel it since the store refused to make the order and told 5 different drivers it was picked up and they wouldn’t be remaking it
