They closed earlier than posted in their hours. When I got to the drive through someone answered then ghosted me! Then when I looked inside they were eating my food! Just awful. They will not be getting my service henceforth

Usually the service is great here but for some reason they had a young guy named Andre on drive thru with bad attitude, I simply asked if I could get a side of nacho cheese with my order and he looked at me like I was asking him to give half his pay check he said do you realize how busy we are and walked away….. When we got the food I noticed we had no sauces I tried asking if him if he could give us the sauces and he’s stared at me with angry look then closed the window. Won’t be coming back to this location for awhile.

I've been to this Taco Bell several times. So far they have always gotten my order correct. As you know many fast food places don't always get your order right this is why I decided today to give them five star there are other Taco Bells in my neighborhood but I will go the extra mile to go to them because I know my order will always be right.

Pull into parking lot see two workers sitting outside. Drive thru worker opens up with “what’s up”. 3 little customizations, no lettuce or tomato, and guess what I get… lettuce and tomato

We get there and I give the guy the money and he starts looking at the 5 dollar bills like they are fake then he asked us for the sauce no sauce was given then the last thing is he asked us if we wanted the receipt then we say yes ans he didnt give it to us we asked again and he closed the window. The thing is I live closer to another one but my fiance said good things about this one and I'm very disappointed in the service and the quality of the food was old you can smell the chicken was old on the chalupa I told them no lettuce on anything and there is lettuce on everything the soda was not dr pepper it tasted like it was out. I need someone to contact me cause this is unacceptable

When my wife is mad at me I get her Taco Bell. So, I'm here at least once a week. This is the friendliest staff at any TB. Always smiling and patient. And that's important when you just finished getting yelled at.

I'm mostly writing to review the Taco Bell app, which I use at this location all the time. The app is great, allowing you to customize your items and save favorites. A few glitches here and there, but mostly great. You really realize how good it is when you try something like the McDonald's app, which is always painfully slow, glitchy and just generally bad.

However, this reasoning seemed inconsistent, as the attendant was not wearing a mask or gloves while handling other items through the window. This discrepancy raises questions about the implementation and enforcement of health and safety guidelines.
