I put in a mobile pick up order and when I went to pick it up, I asked to try a couple of the new sauces that they had for the new chicken nuggets I ordered, but when they tried to charge me for it I declined, because I'd never had to pay extra for sauce before.
When I got home, I went to grab the sauces I apparently paid for, but unfortunately they were not included in the bag. The food was cold, even though I picked it up relatively fast after ordering it and the nuggets, that I paid almost a dollar per nugget for, tasted burnt and hard. Their frying oil must have been old.
I still can't believe it, usually their food is very good, but this is just ridiculous.

Ordered online and when we were ordering we messed up and ordered the wrong drink, once I got to taco bell I explained what happened and even though he couldn't do anything cause we ordered off the app, he still message it right other ways, great customer service.

They always recognize me and are happy to see me, even though I only go randomly! Amazing service. The ONLY Taco Bell that's never gotten a single order I've ever placed incorrectly or missed food I ordered in the take out bags. What more can you ask for? It's the only Taco Bell I go to anymore. Which is self explanatory!

Ordered a supreme Luxe box and when I got home, realized I was missing my crunchy taco. Then after dipping into my chips and cheese, the “cheese” was cold and tasted nasty. I came to the conclusion it wasn’t cheese and in fact was the chipotle sauce??? Very disappointing at almost every turn. Double checking takes 5 seconds.

They closed earlier than posted in their hours. When I got to the drive through someone answered then ghosted me! Then when I looked inside they were eating my food! Just awful. They will not be getting my service henceforth

Usually the service is great here but for some reason they had a young guy named Andre on drive thru with bad attitude, I simply asked if I could get a side of nacho cheese with my order and he looked at me like I was asking him to give half his pay check he said do you realize how busy we are and walked away….. When we got the food I noticed we had no sauces I tried asking if him if he could give us the sauces and he’s stared at me with angry look then closed the window. Won’t be coming back to this location for awhile.
