I had ordered online they started making NY order , my money was taken out...went to pick it up. The CSR said there was no order then someone told him the order was being made then canceled...the money was refunded but instead of giving me the order I placed online, they made me reorder things that aren't on the in store menu. THE MESS-UP was not because of anything I did and the CSR talked to us rudely and condescending.

Just needed lunch, electronic order, they do still take cash, food was pretty bland, even the nacho fries, ate there, back to the wall, mens room single seat, have to get a code to get in, associates, well just a job, I suppose we're lucky that they are willing to work. All in all, I think I'll plan a little better next time I am out this way.I have eaten at some decent taco bell, but not this one.

The food is good. It was hot, so I could tell that it was prepared fresh for me. The cashiers are nice. The only problem was that the drive-through line took forever. I ordered ahead and selected the option for drive-through pickup, but the line took at least 10 minutes to get through. That isn't really, "fast," food, in my opinion. I'll still go there again, but I'll plan my trips to take longer.

Felt awkward from the moment I came in. I paid a visit to Jack in the Box before walking in for take out at this Taco Bell establishment. So I had my Jack in the Box to go bag with me walking in. As I walked in, it looked like the manager had just got done with her shift and her BF or bodyguard was right beside her. I ordered 4 items from the display kiosk. Got my receipt and waited. As I waited they both eyed me from head to toe as if I was going to rob the place. Then in Spanish, she said she was on her way home, then whispered something to to the cashier,and then they both gave me another look before continuing to walk out. I waited for my food for a couple of minutes until the cashier told me if I needed any help. I told her I was just waiting on my take out order. Then the workers all of a sudden huddled in the corner of their cooking area as I sat in the stool area of the dining room. Finally the worker gave me my food and I was on my way out to my Hotel across the street. As I walked out of the establishment the manager and BF were as though waiting on me to leave. I continued walking and turned back, then they finally decided to leave. Man, the experience was awkward as hell, and I had the feeling they thought I was going to rob the place. I get the area is not so pretty, but as a truck driver this is my only way of obtaining my food is by take out. I don’t know what they were both on, but their eyes of paranoia were obvious. I am sober but know when someone is on something, and they were all on something it seemed like. I’m eating my food right now and it came out good as usual, but the atmosphere was definitely not friendly. I guess they are used to zombies walking in like hobos and drug users. I’m 6’5” and happy go lucky but I hope this doesn’t happen on my next visit because this is the only spot that’s open late night around the EZ-8 hotel.
