We showed up to this Taco Bell and they were cat sitting outside my wife said that the cats were out there because they were literally feeding them they were plate of food right outside the door. Reordered our food through the kiosk and food never came out 20 minutes later manager said did you pay for your food we said yes finally they made our food but it was terrible

I come in and a taco bell worker was smoking out side, I get my food and pay, turns out the cashier Alondra Yanez was the one smoking. Not professional at all
at 930pm 12/12/2025 the Caucasian female worker Working the window had poor customer service. we brought back our order because the food was not fresh and my shell on my Mexican pizza was stale. We continuously were asking for an item she still failed to charge us for or put in the bag. I gave her back the order. she only remade the Mexican pizza. Then brought back out the order or the empanadas we had returned with our order separated and the same. The onsite manager was present and heard the complaint an just stood by. if they were working instead of flirting, things would be in order. We spend our money to eat an we can't even get a proper fresh meal the service is bad. then when asked for a refund you wanna make me wait 7-10 days for an order that your staff failed to make properly. that's insane. Your shells are outdated so I just can imagine what else is outdated. Do not waste your money at the Taco Bell on 75 the ave and lower buckeye

I get off work around 6am so almost time taco bell opens at 07:00 and I do use the mobile app. Everytime is it a pleasure time going here. If my order is not ready yet the time I get there. I just let know what order I'm here for and sit quitely around 3min or so. Not bad all. The food is always as I requested through the app. Sorry to hear bad experience.
