I get off work around 6am so almost time taco bell opens at 07:00 and I do use the mobile app. Everytime is it a pleasure time going here. If my order is not ready yet the time I get there. I just let know what order I'm here for and sit quitely around 3min or so. Not bad all. The food is always as I requested through the app. Sorry to hear bad experience.

Made a mobile order for pick up but ran into the issue of all the lights being turned off and the employee working sitting out front even though they were still open for another 2 hours+. They don’t want to serve people so they pretend to be closed.

I forgot to ask for hot sauce at the mic so I asked the girl at the drive thru if she could please get me some….waited 3 minutes nothing….5 minutes nothing. Just walked around giggling with her coworkers. I waved her over as well as I just wanted to get my hot sauce and leave but she did not come over. At the end I just drove off as I was not waiting longer for freaking hot sauce…..so unprofessional and rude.

Just bought our food and as soon as I go in for a bite into my Doritos tacos the smell hits me! Old smelling tostada! I take a bite thinking I’m just in my head but in reality it taste like old tostada. Like can the workers not tell? Very disappointed.

Food was good. Didn't wait long for our food. The girl who took our order in mid day was very nice and great customer service. The store had a great atmosphere, nice, cold and clean. Everyone I have noticed we're kind and greeted my family And I. The restroom was nice and clean. Had a great experience.

The automated drive thru asks if your using the Taco Bell app, we said No! We had to say, Hello is anyone there, it took 3 minutes for someone to come to the window. Plus, there wasn't anyone else in the drive threw but us. Very unexcepetable. Why have automated if the employees are paying attention. 🤔

Basic bean burritos are ridiculously priced now. And made conservatively on top of that.
I come here A LOT and the girls that work here are always so sweet, and my food is always so good. But let me tell you; I always order a bean and cheese burrito, it’s my favorite. When I ordered it yesterday, I realized that it tasted different. Looking at the burrito after I took a bite, I saw that they first layered the tortilla with the cheese then put the beans on top. It was so delicious that I kept thinking about it the rest of the day at work. Idk who was the cook on 4/11/2025 at 10AM, but ilysm. Delicious burrito!

The cashier was the highlight of this visit!... She was welcoming and nice. My only issue with her is, she did not tell me they charge you an additional .49 for cheese and chips vs the cinnamon twist (no biggie).. The looks to be manager looked like she did not want to be there, no friendly demeanor AT ALL!.. The Catalina cheese/ chicken taco pictured below was MOST disgusting!.. I opened it to find the chicken looks brown ☠️ and as you can see they ONLY put a few pieces in it and the biggest piece was mostly fat!!.... I mean just ridiculous!.. I was in love with their nacho fries, and they now come on a large which you STILL get the same amount as if you just got the regular size!.. I'm afraid to look at the rest of the order!.... Something MIRACULOUS has to happen before I visit this establishment again!...
