Not buying taco bell again ever, I was so disappointed with my order. I placed an order for a crunch wrap even payed extra for extra meat and got back a chalupa with just some lettuce and cheese, this is the worst disappointment ever

Terrible experience, they messed up my order and I had to come back another day. Came back for a remake and they park me while they get all other cars out first as if I didn't have to be anywhere. Simple order took them 20 minutes to make. Terrible service from manager Alexis.

The very first time I came here the food was good so of course I let it slide when the next visit wasn't so great (it was dry and the cheese was not melted, it barely felt warm). However, today was the last strike for this location, my crunch wrap (bacon with potato bites and extra sauce) was not made with love, I'm wondering if they have a new hire making the food this week. The cheese was not melted and I only had egg on one side of the wrap, it felt empty! I have been ordering the same exact meal for years and this is by far the worst experience I've had during breakfast. Thanks ?

My family and I order from this Tacobell at least once a week. Every time we order through their app something is always missing. If that wasn’t bad enough tonight I got two items with chicken. The chicken was hard in both items. The rice in my bowl was also hard. I couldn’t eat either. I’m not sure I can even eat Tacobell anymore after this. I’m very disappointed especially considering how much money I spend there.
